Blessings

I remember once when I was living in Oak Creek Canyon in Arizona there was a mesa nearby referred to as I recall, Mt. Wilson. I remember thinking that I'd love to climb that trail up on top of Mt. Wilson and I'd like to see what's up there. I'd gone on the hike part way many, many times.
It was actually one of my favorite hikes but this one day after consulting one of my neighbors who said, "Be sure and bring plenty of water and a snack because it's a very long hike" I started off with my supplies and I remember when I was what I thought was about half way up that I stopped and rested for a time and many young people whizzed past me hiking with great speed and strength. I being at least twice their age - perhaps more - was hiking with considerably less speed :-) but many of you know how that is.
I continued on up at my slow pace until I rested again feeling I must be getting close to the top. Looking back on it I realize the first time I sat down I was about a third of the way up and the second time I sat down I was about two thirds of the way up.
Well I was quite determined to get to the top and I remember that when I did finally make it to the top of the mesa I realized much to my astonishment that the trail going to Mt. Wilson did not go to the place I went to - it went considerably farther and I knew I could never go up there but I was quite pleased that I had been able to make it as far as I did.
I stayed up on top of the mesa for a little while wishing that I could stay longer but realizing by the position of the sun in the sky that I couldn't stay too long - I don't wear or carry a watch you see - and with those thoughts I considered that perhaps I ought to start heading back down especially as some of the young people who had gone up on top - the very top came whizzing past going down and one of them muttered to me, "Better get going it's going to be dark before long." I thought perhaps he was right.
I remember walking back to the trail to go down and I was feeling a bit funny. I do have a few physical problems but it didn't feel like anything I recognized. All of a sudden everything went black and I felt something. After a while I woke up and realized I was on the ground - perhaps that's the thing I felt.
I got up and I was naturally concerned. I didn't know what to think and it seemed as if some time may have passed because there was less light available then before. I said a few prayers and walked on a few steps and everything went black again. The next thing I knew I was awake and there was less light yet. I said some more prayers in the form of Living Prayer and asked for help and then I remembered my friend - a Medicine Woman in Flagstaff, Arizona had given me some very special corn that she said could be used for blessings and other things.
I had it with me and I took a small pinch out. I placed it on my tongue and then pressed it against the roof of my mouth, said a few more prayers and started walking down as quickly as possible but the trail was rocky and did not allow much speed especially for someone of my age - even then. I walked as quickly as possible as I say and I asked that there be light for me all the way down.
I had not thought to bring a flashlight as it did not occur to me that I would be so long on the hike. As I went down I looked around and there was no one, absolutely no one else on the trail. It was many, many miles back down to the trail head where my car was.
It occurred to me that my friend of that time whom I shall refer to here as N would be worried about me and I moved as quickly as possible. I noticed at times that the light seemed to get much darker and then at other times it was brighter almost as if the light was purposely recycling itself to illuminate my path on the way down. I wasn't entirely sure whether it was the light of day or whether it was a light that was a blessing. Regardless I was happy and relieved that it accompanied me.
I kept going down the path commenting, "Goodlife" to the plant life around me as I had been taught by a tree to say goodlife and the tree shared its wisdom with me as well on that same trail many times. And so moving down the trail I got to the point where I could see the end and sure enough N's car was there. I was pretty sure she'd either be angry to see me - being worried about me or relieved to see me - being worried about me. Needless to say she was both.
I did manage to get down to the bottom and I noticed that as I approached my car that the light which had been present began to fade because there was - up ahead where my car was - a small light from the bridge where my car was parked - my car being parked in a small parking lot there at the trail head.
I thanked the light which was fading, that had accompanied me and noted that indeed yes, it was nighttime. I walked over to N's car. She was happy to see me, angry to see me, relieved to see me and relaxed to see me and she said as one might expect, "Never do that again." :-) Well I chuckled and said, "Okay, I'll follow you home."

Fairies Are Real

Once upon a time, this is a true story though, I was driving through Oak Creek Canyon in Arizona headed towards Flagstaff which is a place I have a particular fondness for. I was just north of Sedona by a few miles, I recall. The traffic stopped because someone was turning left into a small business by the side of the road and so as I was sitting there I was looking around at the beautiful landscape and I noticed out of the corner of my eye - didn't really pay attention - something moving from one of the tree's and I think that I registered it - you know how you register something in your mind without really paying attention - I registered it as a bird but then what caught my attention is that it was moving so slowly and then I looked directly at it and it wasn't a bird. By that time it was almost directly in front of my windshield - it was a Fairy - I mean the kind that you read about in stories. I can tell you and it's absolutely true that they're real.
She was about - oh I'd say about four inches tall. She was completely wrapped though not covered entirely in a green garment. It looked like one length just wrapped around her and she had beautiful wings - now one thing I will have to say is that the wings weren't moving the way you'd expect wings to move on a butterfly - they were just absolutely still and she was also still but she was there physically and interestingly enough as I was watching her move slowly past my windshield from the right to the left I had someone else there that saw her just about the time I was thinking, "Am I going crazy?"
A car went by on the other side of the road - it's a narrow two lane blacktop - and as she was moving - the Fairy - to that side of the road but above the cars I noted as I was looking over my left shoulder by this point - and I might say the traffic had started to move - wouldn't you know it - that a car went by and there was a youngster - a young boy I'd say maybe oh eight, nine, ten years old - something like that in the back seat of the car very excitedly shouting apparently - course I couldn't hear what he was saying - shouting to his parents I take it and pointing and smiling and maybe laughing with glee at the Fairy.
So I was reassured because here was another witness - course I have no idea who he is and where he is but if he ever reads this he will undoubtedly remember the experience and it's good - maybe you'll know if you're out there - it's real isn't it - it really happened.
Well of course traffic got moving and I was looking back over my shoulder furiously trying to be a good driver and move along and sure enough once I moved a little bit with the car I couldn't see the Fairy anymore but I thought I'd bring it to your attention because I've heard from a lot of people that they don't believe that Fairies exist - that it's just a fiction, a story, but they really do exist and regardless of pictures that may or may not have been taken of Fairies - I don't think you can really take a picture of something like that but you never know - I have seen one and I will swear to it.
It was a beautiful sight. That's all I have to say. I thought you'd be interested. Some of you may know that they're real. Oh I grant that I have seen the little twinkling lights above a tree and so on and I think that that's them as well but this was something special and I wanted to share that with you today.
Goodlife.

Communion - Sounds

I have found from time to time when my Angels and Guides attempt to communicate with me in a significant moment in my life that I feel a very benevolent energy sometimes all over my body but when that doesn't occur then at the top of my head spreading out all over the crown of my head and on occasion I hear a sound.
It sounds like a compressed communication. It's not unlike a sort of buzzing sound but it's not, say the buzzing of an angry bee. It's rather a compressed communion of some sort as if someone spoke to me at length with the usual rising and falling tones we all use to emphasize and then having it all compressed together and played back with occasional lilts up and down.
It is rare to hear it out loud, usually it is strictly a vibration I feel as we all I'm sure, feel this in our deep sleep but from time to time I do get that sound. I have been taught that it is a important moment suggesting that I not only pay attention to what I've just been reading or seeing or feeling or interacting with because this is an important moment for me - something for me is happening. So that regardless if I'm say - for instance reading about somebody else's experience that it is also something that is important for me to consider in my life as well. Then I usually do because I do feel the energy.
I'm bringing this to your attention because sometimes you will not only see things that others do not see - however they are there - and you will also at other times hear things that other people do not hear - however those sounds are there as well. Be aware that our senses are not only something that occur in a scientifically provable way but also occur in an individual spiritual way meaning uniquely for us only.
From my observation and from what I've been taught I can clearly see that babies have this experience as well as some animals. How often have you seen your cat or dog suddenly look at something that you do not see and yet you can clearly tell that baby or cat for instance are seeing something that you do not see and yet does this suggest that all babies and all cats do this at all times? No, not according to my experience.
I believe that they are having a personal contact - something for them in that unique moment. This tells me that this is something that we can all do since babies do this and we were once that - then we have this capability. So if you hear these sounds and you're pretty sure they're not physical sounds - meaning they're not some sound associated with somebody doing something someplace - oh as in construction sounds or musical sounds somebody is making, don't just dismiss them as being a curiosity.
Notice if you have any feelings - do you have a warmth in your body which means this is possibly something benevolent for you. Do you have a sudden sense of attention - meaning you are reading something and suddenly you stop and you notice you've been reading a paragraph over and over. Does this simply mean that you are having mental difficulties - don't assume that either. It could very well be that that paragraph is meant to be thought about - to stop reading for a moment - think about it.
In my experience the wealthiest people that I have ever met are some of the most well attuned to their feelings, to their perceptions and yes to their spirit communications which often are accompanied with physical feelings. This does not mean that one has to be wealthy to do this for I am not that but it does mean that those who are in positions of influence do not disregard such important communions. Think about it - maybe it will work for you in some benevolent way. Goodlife.

Animals In Brazil, Part 2

Continuing from last time - my friend N came into the room where I was laying down and she said, "You..." and then she paused for a moment, "...you better come out and see this" and I wasn't feeling perfect but it was not like her to say something like that so I knew that it must be important and I went through the house and out over the front porch to the front steps and looked and there I had the privilege to see one of the wonders of the world.
A natural wonder, unlike anything anything I'd ever seen in my life. There marching in a phalanx about a foot wide came a row of ants. I do not know how many thousands and thousands there were but it was an amazing experience. It was - I can only describe it - a huge row - figure about a foot wide and quite a length long - sixteen or seventeen feet or more - were coming from the back of the house - the house sat on a cement slab. They would have had to come out of the small crack in the cement slab at the back of the house and march around the house in that perfect shape - a perfect formation - there weren't any ants straying from one side to another. It was a perfect shape and they marched, for lack of a better term - of course they were walking - to the front of the house just in front of the porch and then they formed this fantastic thing, a pattern.
It was a tremendous privilege to see it. I do not know if anyone out there has ever seen this but everybody there was utterly fascinated and I think that my hosts girlfriend was a little frightened because it was something that while it had some familiarity to things that human beings do at times, such as marching in formation, it was fantastic as if one was seeing something that extraterrestrials might do - meaning it was fantastic beyond belief.
These ants, or I'm going to call them ant people since I really think of them that way, formed a shape - still remaining in that foot wide phalanx as they poured into the shape that was roughly about five feet long by four feet wide and they traversed back and forth just like a stitches. Imagine if you can a pattern of squares and in that pattern of squares not unlike the weave of fabric or weave of threads - there would be some threads - yes - going across and some going up and down and the threads would weave just exactly the way a weaver would make, say a rug - threads going in and then down and around the other thread and then in and then down and around the other thread and so on just exactly like a weave and it was a weave pattern that formed a perfect checkerboard with ants going crisscross back and forth and then up and down, back and forth, up and down - I've never seen anything like it in my life.
It was astonishing and then after a minute or so of this amazing display by these truly amazing beings - think how many thousands - I cannot imagine the number - the ground was thick with them but it was in a perfect, absolutely perfect shape without any stragglers off to the side. Such union - and then a few of them, two, three, maybe five broke off from the ranks and walked up the stairs of the porch until they got up close to me and then they paused and the one in front leaned up and looked at me and my friend N said, "I - I think they want you to say something."
She was right because I suddenly felt a communion coming in and I started saying this - and I believe it was from the ants and I think you will believe it too when I'm done here. I heard and said out loud the message because I knew it was for my friend who's home this was who'd been having a problem with ants coming into the house. Even as I spoke it the ants continued to move back and forth and up and down in their fantastic weave pattern other then the few who had approached me by coming up the stairs.
I said, speaking for the ants as I believe, "A long time ago - about forty years - we lived here in this part of the forrest and then human beings came and they made a road and started building houses. We were a little alarmed but we thought, 'Well - we can all live together.' One day someone was building a house and they dug down and broke into where we lived and it was a disaster. We lost a whole generation of our young and it was terrible. We grieved about it for years afterwards - and we had to escape - not that many of us got away and we have been grieving the loss of this generation of our young for so very long.
"We managed to move over here and we are now in residence. When this home was built we were alarmed at first but then we saw they weren't going to dig and harm us. Yes, they scraped a little bit on the ground but then they didn't dig" and you recall I said the home was built on a cement slab - "but recently the man who lives here sometimes had been talking to his friends. He was going to build a extension to the house and dig down and make a basement" - and my host friend later confirmed this and he said that was true - he had talked about it and he was astonished that the ants would know and understand that.
The ant person went on to tell me and I spoke the story, "We were terribly frightened. We were afraid he was going to dig down and it would happen all over again. It has taken us forty years to rebuild our colony and we have not nor do we wish to cause harm to others but we are desperately afraid this is going to happen and we are asking that this not happen and requesting that it not happen" and that was all - and the moment I stopped speaking their story - the exact moment, the phalanx of ants started up again.
They had all arrived at that spot - that checkerboard weave of ants and immediately the story stopped the checkerboard pattern started to reduce itself but in a perfect geometrical pattern and the phalanx of ants marched - again about a foot wide of ants - marched in a perfect pattern back around the house and back to their home until they were gone.
I realize these words are a poor way of describing this amazing sight. I wish you all could have seen it. I do not know if there's anybody out there who's ever seen anything like this but it is an astonishing sight and I feel profoundly privileged to have been involved in seeing it and being able to tell their story. In my experience with ant people they are absolutely devoted parents. They love their young just like us. They're no different then us. I grant they look different and they may seem to be foreign but - think about it. Here we are living on our planet fairly isolated from the rest of the life in the universe.
Oh you hear about people having contacts with extraterrestrials but only some people are interested - not everyone - and yet so many of us are very excited and looking forward to experiencing space travel and the stories about space travel through our experience of astronauts and cosmonauts, "Who will they meet out there? Wouldn't it be wonderful if they meet extraterrestrials."
Lets make the effort to get along with our own terrestrials even if they don't look like us. I know it's a lot. I know that ant people look so different from us. So do beetles and for that matter we don't look much like elk either and yet somewhere out in space these beings all have relatives who are benign and benevolent. Who are concerned and want to meet people of Earth but they want to meet us safely and benevolently and they are concerned that - because we'll be afraid of them - because of their appearance that we may act in some way that might be harmful to them which is why they haven't revealed themselves but their relatives - not unlike us who were originating on other planets are here with us and regularly report, from what I've been taught, home about how we're coming along and how we treat them.
I know we don't want to live all together in one big pile of different types of beings nor am I suggesting it but if there are ant people in your home then I recommend you do what I recommended to my hosting friend after this amazing display by the ants. I said, as I've been taught, that I felt that the ants had delivered their story but there was more for him to do. He had been trained in shamanic ways and so I spoke to him in that light. I said it was important for him now to make contact with the ants in a benevolent way. That they had approached me to speak because they knew that I could understand them and that I had had contact with ant people before - which I have - but it was important for him to make contact benevolently and he said, "But I don't know how to talk to them like you do."
I reminded him that that wasn't necessary - that he was a man and therefore a form of life on Earth - a being. That it was only important for him to present to them an acknowledgment - to go near where their house was - the opening at the back of the house - the crack in the slab - and to simply place some little food items there - be it sweet or seeds or meat - something that ants might eat and he would find out by what they would eat what it is that they like - because they could live in the forrest that it may not be sweet but it might and therefore I would recommend that he would leave something and perhaps even make an effort at leaving water.
If he left water it would have to be as pure as possible and there would have to be - perhaps if it was a dish - little stones in the dish so that they could come to the water and have the water without being at risk of falling in. Perhaps he could put in something that was almost at the surface of the water but it was up to him and then don't put whatever you put out for them to close to the opening of their home but close enough within say, ten feet that they could easily get to.
Afterwards stand at a distance where there wouldn't be any risk of harming them and simply speak out loud and say to them that you acknowledge their right to be there and you appreciate their love for their families and the young ones and that you will make every effort even if you build more of the home there to build it on the surface of the ground so that they will not be harmed and the young will be safe and tell them that you will once a month make these offerings for six months just to let them know that this is something you acknowledge and you acknowledge their value. Ask them also that you be able to live inside your house and that they live outside your house. That's all.
"They might be happy...," I told my friend, "...with just once a month for three months but six months would be better and he said he would do it. I have found that sometimes this kind of process works even if at times the ants do not eat it - whatever you put out or whatever you put for them to drink - the fact that you have made the offering is very welcome to them and they recognize that you're reaching out to them.
I hope you've been interested in this event in my life witnessing of one of the wonders of the world. Goodlife.

Animals In Brazil, Part 1

Some years ago I was making trips now and then to Brazil to teach and to channel and to of course, experience the wonderful people of Brazil itself. I recall on one occasion I was staying with some Brazilian friends that I had met in Sedona not long before this trip. Their home was in a fairly big city in Brazil.
One of the people was having a problem at a family home out in the country. He asked me if I would come out and see if I could do something about it and he said to me at the time, "I know you can talk to the animals. Perhaps you can help because there are some beings there that are causing me a lot of discomfort" and so I said, "Yes of course."
I didn't realize how far it was. We all piled into the car. There were five of us including my friend N who was traveling with me. It turned out to be many, many miles and by the time we got there I wasn't feeling at my best. The home was in a residual portion of what was once tropical rain forrest with a narrow dirt road leading to the few modest homes that were there - nothing grand.
The beings my friend had been having problems with were ants who had been coming into the home in gradually greater numbers and my friend felt that perhaps they were trying to tell him something. When we got there I went around to the back of the home and found a narrow opening in the cement slab the home was built upon. I saw the ants coming and going from there. I spoke out loud as I have learned that they do understand.
I believe, according to my experience, that they receive an interpretation of communications like this from Grandmother Ant - as I call her - when these communications are spoken respectfully honoring their right to live benevolently. I said at the time that I was not feeling well and would lie down for a short time and then would come out and continue our communion.
I went in to lie down for a while and when I was laying there I noticed a spider on the wall a ways away. I suddenly heard a gentle voice and saw a picture in my minds eye of the sketch called Vitruvian Man by Leonardo Da Vinci depicting,I believe, man in balance - you know the one with the man standing with his arms stretched out over his head and his legs stretched out. Over this sketch I could see superimposed the outline of a spider with four legs on each side and I realized spider was trying to tell me something.
I heard the gentle voice say, "Imagine yourself to be like us. Imagine that you have all these legs coming out of your body and every time you breathe out - just breathe naturally - exhale as if you were exhaling through all these legs."
I had been taught by spirit previously how to exhale through any part of my body in order to release energies of discomfort, so picturing and imagining that these extra legs were present in my body I breathed out of them as well as out of my own arms and legs. I started to feel better almost immediately. It goes to show you that Mother Nature is around us all the time and the animals want to help and I know they will if we just give them a chance.
I thanked spider and just then my friend N came in and she said, "You'd better come outside and take a look at this." I got up feeling much better thanks to my spider friend and went outside. I will tell you about what happened with the ants in my next post. It was truly a wonder. I'd have to say - one of the wonders of the world.
Goodlife.

Other Animals I Have Met

There was a time in my life, as I recall that I experienced a great deal of interaction with animals. A lot of this took place when I was living in Arizona but there has been some that has taken place in my current area of residence - Hawaii. I remember one particular incident that always makes me smile and that is that when I was in my Hawaii apartment - the first one I lived in - very small but it had white walls and while that seems to be a little tedious it worked well for me and I'll tell you why.
One day after I'd had a visitor who had left I was a little tired and I was sitting on the edge of the daybed and looking down and there in the rug I saw the tiniest little beetle - just teensy, you could barely see the beetle and it was struggling in the short nap of the carpet. I remember looking down at that little one thinking how in the world am I going to get that little beetle out of there and still allow it to be safe - you know they have very delicate legs and feet. So I put a small cup down there - and I was still experiencing a great deal of benevolent energy you know - since I'd done a reading for my friend who had just left and the little beetle - I think felt very safe and once it extricated itself which it did - amazing - not easy to do - it crawled into the cup and I said to it as I do out loud, "Where do you want to go."
I thought perhaps I'd take it outside but it didn't want to go outside and how do I know this. It's not a conversation so much especially with a young one - it is a feeling of warmth in my body. I would turn slowly to see what direction the little beetle wanted to go and there was no question that the little beetle wanted to go into the direction near a window in my small bathroom. I took the little beetle in there and said, "Well, I'm not sure how you can get along here by yourself" and I let the little beetle go where it wanted to be down by the base of the cabinet and I thought, "Well, I hope little beetle finds its way out."
I knew there was a hole in the wall behind the cabinet and I thought perhaps the beetle would find its way out. So that's what I did and I kind of forgot about it and then one day many weeks later I saw a beetle on the wall by the bathroom sink and I was startled and I jumped back for a moment and the beetle also made a sudden move and I said, "Wait, wait, sorry. We startled each other" and the beetle crawled in between a cabinet door and its frame and I didn't want to open up the cabinet door cause I might hurt the beetle so I said to the beetle who was hiding in that spot - I said - apologized for making a sudden move.
You know when a very large being such as a human being makes a sudden move around a very small being it's not surprising that they hide. I think if our positions were reversed we would do the same thing would we not?
Anyway I said to the little beetle, "I can help you if you like but..." just speaking out loud hoping that little beetle would understand me and I said, "...if you want to go outside come out of the bathroom and get up on the wall somehow..." where I could see beetle on the white unmarked wall "....in my line of sight from the daybed." The daybed was really the only furniture in the apartment - and I hoped that beetle would understand me.
Well about a week later - I don't know how it survived but I guess it managed to find water in the pipes somehow - behind the cabinet perhaps ( condensation?) little beetle all of a sudden showed up on the side of the wall and I believed that that was going to be a sign that beetle wanted to go out. So I very carefully gathered up beetle in a little box I had prepared in case beetle was ready to go out. It had holes in the side so beetle could breathe well and it was soft inside so beetle would not get jostled around and I moved around in various directions and I clearly felt that little beetle wanted to go outside then.
By the way, I didn't make the connection at that time that this was the teeny little beetle. I just assumed - well - it's a different one. I had after all taken many little creatures outside or released them through the window if they could fly and it is something I know that many of you like to do. Well I started going downstairs and I remember I got to the door and I had to walk across a parking lot and then down some stairs to the sidewalk by the street. This is where I felt that little beetle wanted to go and what I did is from my apartment I had radiated some benevolent energy down to that part of the sidewalk near that area because this is where I intended to release little beetle.
I didn't want to release beetle in a parking lot - not very safe - and that was the only area down there by the opening - from the parking lot to the street - where there was any bushes or trees - dirt, you understand, where I felt little beetle might be able to find a home. Well I took beetle down there and carefully released the little one and little beetle scuttled off.
Sometime later when I was out to dinner with a friend I was telling her - and people are often interested in stories about animals that I've experienced - and I was telling her the story about the little beetle and by that time it had dawned on me that this was the teeny little beetle that I had first seen in the carpet and I thought that this was really kind of sweet that the little beetle had trusted me and allowed me to take it downstairs far, far away and release it.
I was sitting in the car - she was dropping me off - telling her about this story and I got out of the car and walked over to the opening in the wall that led up towards the door of the apartment building and all of a sudden - it was really kind of funny - startling but funny at the same time - all of these beetles - full grown ones - came whizzing out of the underbrush and the bushes and they were running around my feet.
There must have been - they weren't trying to touch me or anything but they were running around in circles around me like they were happy. I can only tell you that the feeling I had is that they were happy and it was quite risky for them to do this you know because there were other people walking around but they were rushing around my feet - there must have been oh, ten or twelve of them and at first I was startled and then I realized that they were happy.
Then I felt the story and the beetles all retired when I got the story - meaning that they moved off onto the dirt again where they were comfortable in the bushes and the story is this - it's not made up - I know it's true because when I felt the story the beetles retired and I had previous experience with little people like this and I knew that when you got the story that they were trying to tell you - their truth you know - that they would step back and allow you to assimilate the story or tell others. And this was the story - that little beetle had been a young one of one of the bigger beetles and when my friend had come over for the reading - this was weeks, maybe months before you understand - the little beetle had a spirit of adventure and the person had apparently paused for a moment - perhaps they weren't sure they had found the right spot.
My friend at that time was not sure where I lived and he was coming over for the first time - he probably paused down by the opening in the wall because it wasn't clearly marked you see, that this was the apartment building I lived in and while he paused there little beetle got up on his shoe and little beetle managed to hang onto his shoe all the way to the apartment and of course the parents of little beetle had been grieving the loss of the little one - they're no different then us.
They love their young just as we do and they'd been grieving all this time and when - months later when I managed with little beetle to get the little one back down to the exact spot apparently where little beetle wanted to go - that's where I felt the most warmth in my body - and released little beetle they were so thrilled and happy and also I feel that they were encouraged to know that human beings could treat them in a kind and considerate way.
Well that's my story - it's a true one and that's the point of Mystical Man here because these true tales need to be passed on. I've told it to a lot of people and now I thought I'd tell it to you. I'll tell you more of my animal stories in time. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to post here but this is a nice long one for you, okay.
Goodlife.
