Dark Matter in the Air

 Now, some of you who are very perceptive might begin to see something that floats around in the air all the time. This is something that will almost always look like little bits or patches of dark matter. 

 What this is, is almost always unexpressed feelings by human beings. Occasionally it will be expressed but then it will probably appear to be a lighter color - if you see it. 

 I’m bringing it up here because there is something that I recommend you do if you happen to see this matter flying around. 

 If you do I recommend you just quickly, if you can, breathe in through the top of your head and blow at it, just a quick puff of air. It will blow it away and if you breathe in through the top of your head you see, for those of you that know how to do that* it won’t be drawn in** to you.
  
 And there is more. I’m going to recommend you also say the following benevolent magic. Remember first to say, “I am asking that all the most benevolent energies that are available for me to be all around me and all about me now.” 

 Pause for a moment and then say, “I request that all free floating dark matter be kept far away from me now in the most benevolent way for me resulting in the most benevolent outcome.”

*Imagine gold light above the top of your head. For those of you who feel energy, I'll have something for you in a moment but if you don't feel energy then imagine gold light above the top of your head - the very top. Then breathe in, take a breath and imagine that you're pulling that light in through the top of your head.

Don't pull it in too far - meaning don't pull it down to the bottoms of your feet or anything, just pull it in and after you've taken that breath - just a normal breath - nothing huge and deep, blow in the direction where you had that vision - no matter what direction it is just blow very gently the gold light - you understand.

You're using your active imagination here - blow the gold light towards that vision, not firmly, very gently. That's all.

Now for those of you who feel the energy above the top of your head - as long as it feels benevolent and by now you know what that feels like do the same thing.

Just breathe in through the top of your head and blow very gently in… that direction.

Missing The Moon?


Do you know that sometimes we miss the moon. Of course it is in the sky all the time - yes but sometimes as the crescent moon grows smaller and then achieves the new moon and even after it comes out of that for a few days the amount of moonlight that is shed upon the Earth is often not enough to make up for the loss of that feminine energy.

I know a great many people believe that the idea that the moon casts feminine energy on the planet is just an idea - a myth, a belief but in my experience and according to what I've been taught the moon does cast a light that is feminine in its nature - and in its style of experience it is nurturing and supportive. An energy not entirely like mother but it supports the energy of mother and it supports the energy of fem.

I bring this to your attention because in the absence of much moonlight, towards the new moon and a little bit after the new moon, one might do things that are in essence attempting to compensate for that loss of feminine energy.

This is not at all unusual as a time when people crave sweets for example. It is not unusual for people to crave the company of feminine beings, whether you be a man or a woman or a boy or a girl for that matter. Of course one craves the company of feminine beings at all times of the month but you might crave it more so during that time.

I am not an astrologer nor do I claim to be one. I have almost no knowledge of the subject but I have noticed the affect of the sun on our planet and the moon on our planet and even some of the nearby planets such as Mars and Venus. All of these heavenly bodies do have an effect in their energy on our planet just as our planet, I believe, has an effect on them.

I'm going to give you a suggestion just for fun. This next weekend see if you can notice how the moon effects you. Go out if you can at night and glance at the sky and when you're looking at the moon just start breathing in and out - deep breaths and then relax - 4 or 5 deep breaths is fine and then relax. Then wait a few minutes and do it again.

See how you feel. You might just feel more nurtured, more relaxed, more comfortable with yourself and with your whole self in your body, maybe even safer.

For those of you who might need extra strength or energy and you're tired, go out during the day. Close your eyes so you don't get affected by the sun but look in the sky where the sun is and take deep breaths - 4 or 5. You might just feel a little more invigorated.

If you wish you can wait a few minutes. Again close your eyes and look towards the sun. It doesn't have to be exactly the sun but it has to be close to it so the sunlight is bright, and breathe deeply 4 or 5 times.

It might just give you a little extra strength as I said. It's worth a try. Something fun you can do this coming weekend.

Transformation Of Uncomfortable Energies Safely

Have you ever had the circumstance when you were in a room or had to go into another room - alone perhaps or a place where you had not been before. This often happens when in a hotel or in a guest room. Sometimes it can happen in a place with few people as in say, working in an office on the weekend when practically no ones there - maybe no one is there except yourself - and you go towards that room and you get an uncomfortable feeling. On the one hand could it be that it's dangerous for some reason. On the other hand might there be some other reason.

How to know. Here's a way to find out. As you approach the room and the door is open or perhaps there's just an opening and it feels uncomfortable slow down and as you get close to the room reach your arm towards the room.

It does not have to be in the room, just in the general direction. I usually use my left arm and if it does not feel good pull your arm back. Wait - about 10 seconds. Repeat this step.

When you reach your arm have it at your side then raise it in the direction of the room with your palm facing downward. You can close your fingers a bit but don't make a tight fist. Then wait. Do this perhaps 3 times. See if it feels better.

If it does feel better move more towards the room. Stand in the doorway. Do it again, just once. If when you reach your arm towards that space it feels better or even alright then enter.

Now if it doesn't feel alright you can try this. This is especially in circumstances where you know mentally that it's safe but that it doesn't feel right and perhaps there are spirit beings there and it might be helpful to clear the room of them for the moment while you are there if they would care to move.

So if you have approached the room and gone that far then what to do. If it still doesn't feel exactly right but it feels better and you feel welcome but you only go in part way and you're not sure then ask for the most benevolent energy to be available for you above the top of your head and all round and about you that you might be safe.

Wait a moment and when you feel it then breathe in, as it were, through the top of your head. I have spoken of this before. After you breathe in just one breath looking to your right towards the right side of the room blow gently from the right to the left until most of your breath is exhaled, not all. Then just resume breathing normally.

Step back one or two paces. Don't turn around unless you feel the need to. If you turn, turn to your left. Then if you have turned continue turning to your left until you are facing the room again. See how it feels. If it feels alright then go in and do what you need to do. If you're just getting something than get it and leave. If on the other hand there is more to do then stay.

I'm mentioning this now because these are always fine tunings that have been preceded by other things on these blogs and it is my intention here to improve the quality of your life, as you know, and to provide you with spiritual tools based in heart, spirit and perpetual being in order to create a safer more benevolent existence for you.

What if however, you have done these things and the room doesn't feel good. Then step away for a time and perhaps ask someone to go into the room with you that you trust.

Now I have assumed at the beginning of this that the doorway is open to the room and that perhaps you've been in the room many times. What if the doorway is closed and you get an uncomfortable feeling?

Remember, I talk to you about feelings here because instinct can be your best friend. I would recommend that you do not open the door without someone being there especially if you get an extremely uncomfortable feeling. Don't shrug off these feelings.

It might have to do with discovering someone or something in a way that could create embarrassment or perhaps even danger. It could actually be a dangerous situation for you especially if there are sounds from within the room but - you know these things already.

I would recommend this in that case. Go back where you were or at least several steps back down the hall and do this. I recommend you say the following living prayer, "I am asking that this room be safe for me now in the most benevolent way for me." Try to at least whisper it out loud. You can say it out loud if you feel comfortable.

Then after that ask that the most benevolent energy be available for you above your head. Again, breathe in just a single breath and with your right arm forward, palm down and fingers separated or in the wand position if you wish. Then with your left arm pointed down - palm towards your leg after you've taken that breath, blow through your right hand and imagine the energy as gold light - blow it into that room.

Then wait about 30 seconds perhaps, maybe a minute. Then go to the door, see how it feels. If it feels better you can knock slightly if you choose or just enter, whatever you feel is best. That's what I recommend.

I'll have more to say about these things in time. I am mentioning these things because energies of past, present and other may be present in this room.

Of course the situation is completely different in a danger situation or even a conflict situation but this is presented for you in the case of residual energies from upset by people in the past or old energies left over from conflicts in the past or spirits passing through that do not realize that their energy may harm you.

Understanding Mother Earth: Soil And More

Now comes a further understanding of the nature of Mother Earth's personality.

Mother Earth knows that she is a school for us all here and therefore she has created, with the guidance and support of Creator, the means for us to learn by creating a complete and closed system on Earth. Closed in the sense that, while there is influence from other planets and of course the sun and the moon, the functions of our bodies and of Earth happen exclusively here irregardless of the visitations of the occasional astronaut.

We come from the earth with a spark of soul within us and we return to the earth and everything that we need comes from some way by way of the earth and not just Earth as planet - in this case earth as soil.

How would you say could there be all these diseases that we get. Not just that cause death as we all must move on through the veil but all the suffering, all the pain. Within the soil there is the cure for all diseases but how to deliver that cure?

How else - either through walking on the soil and when one finds the exact right energy of a place on the land for an individual - breathing in through their feet that energy of that land and that soil but if one cannot find that than perhaps one can trust that the roots of a tree or the roots of a plant or a bush or yes what we call a weed might have found that exact soil and is touching it.

We do not need to uproot the tree or the bush or the weed. We only need to find that plant and stand in front of it and if it is the right plant we will know by the energy we feel - that warm feeling in our body or that good feeling of calm and peace.

We do not pick up the plant and tear it out of the soil, we simply look at it lovingly and in a very natural way while we're looking at it we take 3 deep breaths and exhale in a direction away from the plant for when we breathe in we breathe in that nurturing for our bodies that may support us through our difficult times and when we breathe out we blow gently away from the plant so that the pain and discomfort is blown into the air where it will be dispersed and returned to its natural energy.

I know this may sound simplistic but it is what I've been taught and what I believe through my experience. Let us now begin to assemble, those of you who are doing this or those of you who can, not just the names of plants that can help with this or that but the good places on the Earth that still have benevolent energy.

Let us remember that breathing in through parts of our body is possible. Of course we use our lungs and diaphragm and mouth to breath in but practice when you feel safe and comfortable wherever your feet are by imagining that breath coming in through the bottoms of your feet and you might even feel a sense of energy moving up your body. And if you feel the need to release energy from your body than you can lie down perhaps and aim your feet into the sky as best as possible or away from where people and animals are as best you can and simply allow yourself to push energy out through the bottoms of your feet by blowing out and letting that energy or discomfort be dispersed that way.

Remember if you cannot do anything else - the Earth curves so imagine that energy blowing out of the bottom of your feet and going 10, 20 miles. When it does that it will surely be in the sky.

Mother Earth means to provide this closed system so we will learn our natural magical abilities and what we consider magic now may simply be what is natural for us as natural beings. Yes in this age of technology - and support from all directions that is available at times we can still use what is natural to us, what the animals use, what the plants use and we must also remember we are here for only a certain amount of time because this is school and when recess takes place and our body returns to Earth we then continue on in our benevolent natural cycles. It is like breath. We breathe in, we breathe out and we go on indefinitely.

Grounding

Today a few words about grounding - a feeling of being physically connected to the Earth in the present moment and of being in your body and aware physically of yourself in your body.

You have all heard about that and there are many, many ways to do it but I'd like to recommend one way that is actually fun - and you can do it.

For some of you it will involve using your imagination. For others you will be able to actually have feelings associated with it.

First let me talk about one of the most grounded types of beings on our planet and they're meant to be that way, I believe since it is in their very nature - and that is dogs.

When dogs make little sounds, not necessarily whimpers but the little sounds that they make sometimes because they are happy or because they are enjoying interacting with a human being - or other little sounds, their breath comes in the usual way and I'm not talking about how they use the mechanism of their body to breathe - I'm just talking about how the surface of their body interacts with their world.

But when a dog feels a sense of threat or even a happiness - in other words feelings that are pronounced, feelings that have an immediate action or reaction then dog almost always - barring some unusual circumstance alright - breathes in through the bottoms of his or her feet.

So figure it like this, a breath in through the feet then woof - yes - but there's more to it than that. There's also the source of the woof.

It can come - and those who live with dogs know that, depending upon the type of bark, it can come as a greeting in which case it might be a little higher pitched but as a warning it is almost always a little lower pitched regardless of how big or small dog is.

Now how can we use this if...there is a use for it? Oh yes there is.

If you are feeling particularly ungrounded or you're having the experience of feeling that way even momentarily and you feel a need at that time to be grounded then you can be dog for a moment.

You don't have to walk around and wag your tail but you can take a lesson from dog.

In this case this is what I recommend. First move your feet around a bit - alright. If you are outdoors move your feet around on the ground and if you are indoors then just move your feet around on the floor, on the carpet or whatever is below your feet. Ideally it is best to have no shoes on when doing this but it works almost as well with shoes on - alright.

So then this is what I recommend - once you are using your feet or even moving them around or if you wish simply conscious of the bottoms of your feet breathe in - of course you're going to use your usual breathing apparatus but make a point of breathing in through the bottoms of both feet.

Take in a breath and simply make a sound that is similar to woof - you can say woof if you want to. Try to incorporate the use of your diaphragm when you do this. That will produce a tone - alright - that is the most compatible with grounding.

Of course it is in the nature of simply breathing in that your diaphragm is involved but if you focus on the bottoms of your feet when you take in the breath and then focus on your diaphragm - meaning don't think about it - actually bring your bodies physical attention to that area as your attention may have been brought to the area of the bottom of your feet when you moved them - alright - and because you have just taken in a breath it'll be easy to transfer, after taking in the breath, your awareness to your diaphragm and then make a sound. It will probably be a little deeper sound then you might normally make.

If you can do this about 6 to 8 times you will feel more grounded.

I know there are other ways to do this - eating carrots or potatoes or doing other things like that but this is something that can be done in a moment without the need for anyone or anything else.

Just a little tip about grounding yourself when in an environment for instance where you cannot go outside and you cannot do other things with others, in short - grounding in a moment.

Giving A Helping Hand To A Needy Spirit, Part 2

I want to help you all to learn how you can help beings , as I said in the last post who may be stuck on this planet. Usually they are beings who have been incarnated here - how to help them to move off to other places where they need to go.

It is not difficult. I'm going to give you one of the techniques I have been taught. In this technique many of you will see and have visions in your minds eye or will come to be aware of things other than in this world but others of you will simply feel the touch and feel a sudden cool breeze perhaps - as I said in the last post or feel some sensation that is otherworldly. You will have to experiment to know what that will be.

Then this is what you can do and this is what I do. I say out loud or if there are other people around you can whisper it which is not usually the case - you're usually approached when you are alone so that these beings feel safe - I always say, "Is there something I can do to help you?" I say this out loud because I have to assume that they are confused and will need an out loud voice to sort out what are my intentions and sometimes I get a word in a way that I know helps - meaning I will get a word that says, "Helping" meaning they are here - they have come from far away and they are here to help, as I said in the last post and their contact will bring some help to me even if a feeling of love and support or maybe more.

Then I simply say, "Welcome" or "Goodlife" which is a blessing, a salutation and a greeting. Then if you are not sure but you get a good feeling from that contact then assume that they are there to help but if you get a feeling that is a little uncomfortable or doesn't feel good to you then automatically assume that they are approaching you to be helped and this is one of the things that I have been taught to do.

I have pictured a staircase. It is not a physical staircase but it is essentially going from wherever I am - and it goes right through whatever exists there - walls, trees, whatever and it goes up into the sky and I tell these beings, "If you can will you call for someone that you know, to be at the top of those stairs" and they will call and you may or may not see - if you see the stairway - you may see someone approach. Don't question their appearance no matter what it is.

Then what you do is you reach out your hand and you're going to put your hand in a certain position - that hand is - well many of you know the victory symbol or the peace symbol - thats not quite it but it is those two fingers aimed out - you start with that and then you put your thumb - yes on your other two fingers and hold it - you don't separate the two fingers right now.

Then you simply relax that position (see illustration at the top of this page) where the two fingers are still out but somewhat curved - the two fingers being your first two fingers - yes and your other two fingers are curved in and your thumb is curved in but your hand is relaxed - you see. That is that position that I have found that is the most comfortable to do this work and many, many other things that I will talk about here on this site in some point in time.

Then what you do is you point your hand in that position - I use my right hand - you point it very gently in the direction of that energy or that being and if you do not see or do not get an impression that there is someone at the top of those stairs you call - you say out loud, "Is there someone who will come for this being that they will know and feel comfortable with."

You wait for just a few moments not more than say twenty or thirty seconds because it will happen almost instantaneously and you may see something. If you see something than assume that it is that which is good for them.

Then pointing to them you move your hand - in this case I will see the staircase moving up you see. You point your hand towards them in the position I described and you move your hand up the staircase - you see - going up towards those beings while you use your breath - I've talked about the breath before and will continue to do that from time to time on Mystical Man and on my other blog, Benevolent Magic - you blow gently out with the breath - not until you get your hand - you're going to move your hand in a sweeping gesture up the staircase and because you had it aimed in the general direction of where you felt that being initially, it supports that being to go up the staircase to the beings who will welcome them and take them to their most benevolent place beyond this planet.

They will be escorts and most likely, one of them or more than one will be a guide for that person you see. So by the time you get your hand at least part way on that staircase, just at the beginning or part way up the staircase you are exhaling a breath - blowing out gently - not firmly - blowing out gently because that supports the motion of them to go up that staircase beyond - to move beyond the planet and be rescued.

I am not calling upon you to do this if you do not feel to do it but if you feel to do it, it is a way you can help lost souls who are on this planet crying out for help and other times it might be beings who are approaching to help you as an individual - to encourage you, to nurture you. If the feeling that you experience when you are contacted in some way feels good they are probably there to help you. If it feels troubled and uncomfortable they are seeking you out to help them. This is what I recommend.
