Overlapping World Emergency


You are experiencing now a case of overlapping worlds which are causing strange and unusual internal conflicts within you that are having, in some cases, external physical outcomes.

Please watch this video and consider it. It is a temporary situation but it has been building in intensity.

Others have been making predictions about colliding worlds. This will not be a physical collision but the collision will seem to be happening in the internal conflicts that you feel.

Most of you will have the experience in some way that can be easily dealt with but others of you are more susceptible.

Creation Speak, Part 5

Last time I mentioned that there were two things to do if you were having some difficulty either waking up from a nightmare or having had a vision in a more casual sense, almost like a daydream.

There is a second thing to do. It is more involved, more intense perhaps you might say but it's particularly helpful if you're having an ongoing problem with a repetitive nightmare and it might even be possible to help somebody else by doing this for it is true magic and true magic is intended to bring about change in the most benevolent way and in the most complete way that will bring about the most benevolent outcome.

So this is the second thing to do. As I've said before go out to the land* and when you get to that spot first face the north** and then face the west and then the south and then the east. Face these directions for just a few seconds each or for as long as feels comfortable to you. Up to a minute or two is fine. And then continuing to turn to your left face the north again.

As you are facing north have your hands and arms straight down at the sides of your body with the palms of your hands touching the sides of your body.

Then raise your arms slowly so that they are above your head and bring your palms together. After you do that slowly lower your hands and arms until they are in the original position. Then turn to the west and do the same thing.

This whole gesture you understand, takes about maybe 30 to 40 seconds - don't look at a clock just make your best guess.

Then turn to the south, do the same thing. Then to the east and do the same thing.

Then when you're back facing the north with your hands at your sides simply say, "I am asking that this dream set that I have been having..." (or you would say that so and so has been having) "...now be expunged from my existence in the most benevolent way so that I may enjoy my sleep in the most restful manner." And you adapt this so that it will fit another person if you are saying it for another person.

After you say that make that gesture again as I mentioned before starting with the north, then the west, then the south, then the east and finish up facing the north.

Then take 1 step backwards. It's alright to glance over your shoulder to see where you are stepping if you wish. It does not have to be a big step, just a short step backwards. I would recommend stepping back with your right foot first but it's up to you. Then pause for a moment - not long, just a few seconds - maybe 10 seconds or so.

Then take 3 sidesteps to the left. Pause for about 20 or 30 seconds. Then take 2 more sidesteps to the left. Then turn to the left one quarter of a full rotation. Then take 6 sidesteps to the left. Then you may turn and walk away from that area and go on with your life.

This is something that may work for you. Remember to always ask for the most benevolent energies to be all around and about you in the most benevolent way before you do anything like this. I will not say this all the time now but I will say it sometimes to remind you. I am hopeful that that will work in more difficult cases where a dream or nightmare just won't seem to go away. *Know that as a general rule of thumb, as people say, it's important to care about that which you are performing true magic for. This way you do not have any inner conflicts or feelings in conflict in your body with that which you are attempting to do. This could not only cause you to feel uncomfortable but it would generally impact the true magic so much that it may not do any good.

This is what I recommend. Go outside if you can and as always try not to wear shoes that are insulating you - keeping your energy, you understand, from moving into the ground. If you need to wear shoes try to wear something that is made of a natural fiber - even leather, that's fine but not plastic or rubber - not an insulating material.

Then go out on the land someplace. And remember - always to go someplace where you feel safe including your own backyard if that is a place to feel safe but if you go out in the country or someplace else always do these things someplace where you have permission - that's important - so that you can feel safe and so that those who may have some claim to the land upon which you are standing will be comfortable with your presence.

It's always good to do true magic in a place where there is no conflict - outer or inner. This way it is more likely to work in the most benevolent way. You can of course wear insulating shoes to get there if you have to drive there or have to go in a vehicle of some sort but once you get there put on non-insulating shoes or go barefoot if you feel comfortable there and then stand out on the land.

**We always start with the north because that's where the land emerges. All land emerges in all planets from the north and especially on Earth the emergence of land, new land, creation and creations emerge from the north. Alright that's all we'll say about that right now.

Creation Speak, Part 4

I've been mentioning in this series that some of you may be having dreams or even sensations that you know have nothing to do with your life. I gave the example of the fish - of you experiencing for a moment their life and I mentioned the dreams.

This is especially important for dreams. Should you have a dream that is upsetting but upon waking you discover when considering the images in the dream that it was not you - that the people in the dream did not look like you or that the perspective you had in the dream, if you did not see yourself, was not one that could be you - this is typical these days - then this is what to do. Get in the habit of doing this, it will be a comfort.

First off if you can say out loud a few words of the dream if it was upsetting - what we sometimes call a nightmare - if you can say a few words about it, not a comment on it, not an opinion but rather...this happened and that happened - just for a few seconds it almost guarantees that you won't have that dream again when you fall back to sleep from your waking because the dream was so upsetting.

After you say those few words pause for about 30 seconds or so. Don't look at the clock, just make your best guess, 20 seconds is probably alright too - then say the following living prayer.

I recommend you say, "I am asking that all those beings who may in any way be involved in the dream vision I just had receive all the help, love and support they need now in the most benevolent way from all those beings who can help them." Try to memorize that living prayer.

For many of you after you've said that you'll get a good energy - it'll feel good to you and it might even relax you so you'll be able to go back to sleep quickly. That's what I recommend. I wanted to provide this since there was a request about what to do should you have an upsetting dream. This is what to do...but there is more.

Suppose you have that experience not as a dream but as something like a daydream - meaning that you close your eyes for a moment, maybe you're thinking deeply about something, and you have that type of experience - it just pops in for a moment and it's upsetting or agitating.

Two things to do. One: if you are near a window or outside just think of the vision for a moment. Don't dwell on it, just think of it for a moment and blow - just blow breath out of your mouth. You don't have to blow mightily, just blow with some gentle force. Try to blow it towards the sky rather than towards the ground for we walk on the ground or others do - they could pick it up. Blow it towards the sky as I said.

If you're in a building and there is no way to do that because you cannot see the sky then this is what to do. If you know what direction the sky is in, and you probably do, try to get to some portion of the building that has only a wall separating you and the outdoors - and always know that when you blow like this it doesn't make any difference whether there is a wall, whether there is a door or whether there is a window, the energy goes right through it.

So...when you can then blow that towards the sky but as I said, some of you will not be able to get anywhere near that place so immediately say to yourself or whisper or say out loud if you can that same living prayer I mentioned above. It will help, and you see it is inclusive since you were involved in the vision or the dream as I mentioned before - it includes you. So any comforts that you may need may more easily come to you in the most benevolent way. That's what I recommend. Goodlife.

More On Help From Your Dreams

There's a place, not difficult to find, in the hearts of all human beings. I'm going to instruct you how to find it now.

Take your 3 long fingers of your left hand and place them, just the finger tips, over your heart. Then pressing the finger tip that's the lowest, then the next lowest, then the highest. Repeat that pattern 3 times - pressing slightly, then pressing the next one slightly and so on and do that pattern three times. This will activate that area in your heart.

What this does is to connect you as an individual to that portion of yourself that is beyond this realm. The advantage is that that portion of you will be able to communicate with you more directly now in your dreams.

So this is how to use that skill. Ask out loud, before you go to sleep, a question stated as simply as possible about your life. You must say it out loud. It would be best if no one else could hear you so you can whisper it if you like as long as the sound is audible. Then do that gesture one more time and then you may go to sleep or otherwise engage yourself before you go to sleep.

There is a good chance, at least one in three, that if you do this you will get an answer in your dream though I cannot guarantee you will recall it when you wake up.

It will as always come through symbolically in the dream state. So this is how you will know if it's accurate. If it is something benevolent - meaning positive - good for you and good for others - it is most likely the answer because that other portion of you can only give things that are benevolent - meaning good for you and good for others.

If it is harsh - harmful to you or harmful to others - it will not be from that source. And that is how you will know it is accurate.

I recommend you try this. I cannot guarantee it will work but for some of you it might be helpful.

Deep Dreaming - Helping Each Other Through Loss

It's difficult isn't it recovering from a loss. This can be from many different things. The loss of a loved one, the loss of wealth, the loss of a pet. There is so many different things that one can lose in life yes? The loss of respect and even yes, the loss of ones sense of self - who one is.

In these times we are all facing so much and we're all very much overwhelmed by life many times that loss is just that much more difficult to deal with. And yet there are so many that have so much and so many that have so little that it is good to remind oneself that a loss you have suffered is shared by the hearts of all. Let me explain how this works.

We are all on this planet now united heart to heart much more than we ever have been in millennia. This is so much the case now as we are reuniting with our natural native personalities which I've discussed on these blogs before here and also here for example. Because of this we now share each others grief quite a bit more than we have in the past. Let me give you an example.

There are times now when you wake up from a dream that seems so very real that you might be concerned that this is something that could happen to you as in a prophetic dream but most often it is not about you. Most often it is about somebody else's worry or more often the case somebody's loss. This sharing of loss is happening increasingly in the deep sleep level where we can process the pain of others without causing ourselves personal pain and where our bodies can quickly recover as our guides move us quickly away from the scene of the pain if it is too great.

I'm sharing this with you now because there will be times when you wake up suddenly from a dream such as that. Perhaps the alarm goes off, perhaps someone wakes you up. It's hard to say, there are many reasons. If that happens and you heart hurts briefly know that you have been helping someone and that your guide did not have a chance to move you away from that experience before you were awakened.

The next time you get a chance, perhaps it will be during your next sleep cycle, try to remember before you go to sleep - just think to yourself or whisper quietly out loud, "I am asking my guide to remove me from that painful episode that I was assisting in during my last sleep cycle."

Of course this may happen anyway during your sleep cycle but when you say that it will reassure your physical body and such reassurance is so badly needed these days.

Lets consider that the nature of loss while great can be relieved to a degree by our equalizing the pain in these deep dreams. In that light if you would like to say the following living prayer please do. You might say, "I am asking that all those beings who are suffering now receive all the help, love and support they need in the most benevolent way from all those beings who can help them in their deep dream state or other ways."

Nightmares - An Overview

Do you know that almost all that you experience as a nightmare has to do with the simple explanation based upon the function of our life on Earth.

In The Explorer Race book I have received with inspiration and passed on to you the basic information of who we are on Earth, where we're from, why we're here, what we're doing and where we're going from here. So those of you who've read this book or are reading it will have a leg up in this talk today but for those of you who haven't read it yet then let me simply say this.

On Earth here in our physical bodies, when we are awake as compared to physically asleep to be very specific alright, we remember only that which is associated with our Earth life.

When we are in other bodies on other planets, reincarnated you understand - living other lives, we remember who we are, where we're from and so on and a great deal more but that is because on those planets it is just life and enjoyable at that.

This planet, as I've said numerous times, is a school and one of the rules of the school - all schools have rules as you know - is that we don't remember who we are or where we're from or why we're here and so on. This is so that we can recreate our lives and also acquire new experience that we will use in other lives on other planets. This is what I've been taught and this is what I believe based upon my experience and years and years and years of research.

Now with me again going to what nightmares are - when we are asleep we experience training with our guides and teachers and angels. They take us around and show us what they do and we, since we are only functioning on Earth when we are awake yes - we remember only that which is associated with Earth when our guides and angels and so on take us places we do not participate.

You understand, we are physically asleep during this time but our soul does not need to sleep so we are able to go with them. We observe what they do and how great a help they are on Earth especially with those who need help urgently - are in situations where they are crying out for help and very often help arrives from their fellow human beings but one often needs help from others as well don't you especially if one is in extreme circumstances and calls out to spirit for help in some form.

We don't however in that training remember spirit, we don't remember angels, we don't remember deities because if we did we would have a complete understanding of who we are and where we're from and we would not be able to continue on with our lessons on Earth which are many and varied.

Earth is not a punishment. It is an advanced place of training because it excludes us from remembering who we are and demands from us that we be able to provide for others and for ourselves based exclusively on our experience here. What greater lesson in compassion can be acquired then that.

Granted it may not all be fully understood when we are here on Earth but when we are beyond here it is well understood.

So what are nightmares? Nightmares are that portion of that experience that we have traveling with angels and guides that is of Earth and these beings are constantly traveling to places where people are crying out for help.

We don't remember our travels with them because that's associated with spirit world. We do remember that which is taking place on Earth which always has to do with drama and frequently suffering. So when we wake up and we have had a dream where people were crying and suffering and we naturally think of this dream as a nightmare, that's what we're remembering.

It's important for you to know and understand this because there will be times when we are going through intense training in the soul state that we will wake up with these troubling experiences and feel as if we need to sleep from our sleep, you understand - not feeling very rested but this is what's going on.

I know that life is hard here. I'm here and I'm living it too and yet we can help each other. That is the purpose of this blog, that is the purpose of my books and I know for many of you that is your purpose as well.

More On Our Awakening

Do you know about the fabric of existence. It is matter that is between things.

It is a unmeasurable existence but it is literally a strata - not what I would call a substrata as in geologic terms but more along the lines of a energy strata.

It might be possible to measure it someday using the tools of magnetic measurement but it is something that allows us, who are literally in our souls immortal beings, to exist in a world where there is physical life in measured doses.

Have you not wondered sometimes when you are waking up from a dream that at times, not always but at times you will come through a space of remembrance that exists between the dream state and the dream world and your physical state and your physical world - it doesn't last long but it isn't in sequence with your dream nor is it in sequence with your physical life but it is a space nevertheless.

Normally this space is quiet, a moment of transition from one world to another but in recent times this space has become very active because we are relearning how to use our natural abilities. Our natural abilities are that we are capable of helping others in the human family and sometimes beyond our own family of existence.

In this way this is how you will often experience it in this example: You are coming out of the dream and you hear something with possibly even a vision of it - of something urgent going on - people attempting to get the attention of another or something happening that leaves you with a physical feeling when you wake up of urgency even though you may not remember what stimulated it.

Sometimes we naturally think - oh we forgot to do something and look around. We don't notice anything, in fact it might be quieter than usual.

This is actually a sign of our awakening to our natural selves, I have spoken about that before on these blogs and it has come up in my books as well. The circumstances of our lives have changed so much in these last few years that the doors to our natural capacities are literally opening up.

It's important that you know this because you will continue to have experiences that seem otherworldly. Generally they will happen between the dream state and the waking state to let you know that something different is going on. Please don't be frightened - this is what to do.

When that occurs, pause for a moment because the quiet moment will be there and if you can remember it just say the following living prayer. It will comfort you and it may do a world of good in places that you don't know and may never be - for those stimulations are real events happening in our world someplace somewhere with people that you don't know and will probably never meet but this is what to say right then.

Say it slowly and as always ask for the most benevolent energy, spirit and beings to be present with you so that your statement is energized by their capacities and so that it utilizes your natural capacities beyond this life and becoming part of your life. And I recommend you say, "I am asking that all those people and beings who need help receive all the help they need now benevolently from all those people and beings who can help them." Say it slowly. It will comfort you.

The energy will be present as well to serve your comforting, it is alright to need that, and it can do a world of good for others. This is a way we can now serve each other and I'll have more to say about this as time goes on.

Visions That You Can Act Upon

There is a time coming very soon where you will get quick visions. It will be like a picture, in a way, for most of you that literally pops into your head. It won't be words directing this or that, it won't be thought, it will be visual.

It represents something that has to do with an opportunity for you to say a prayer, make a blessing or emanate benevolent energy towards that vision. You are all now capable of doing something that you can do when you're not embodied on Earth. It is just that you need to remember what to do so that you are not confused and also so that you can live more benevolently and help each other even if you don't know the people you are helping.

Let me explain. These visions might suddenly happen and they'll be so brief in many cases that you will become conscious of them just after they have passed. I'm not talking about something that happens in a dream, I will speak to that soon, this is something that will happen in your waking life.

You may be walking with a friend or a loved one, you may be with other friends, you may be in other circumstances, you may be at work but it will not happen when you are doing something that requires your absolute attention such as operating machinery, driving a car, a truck, something like that. It will happen however when you are conducting your life in some way.

Now the vision, and this is why it's so important for you to know about this, will often be something that is violent or frightening. This is not meant to scare you. Rather it is meant very specifically for you to apply what you have learned here on this blog and on my other and other things that you have learned in other places that are of a spiritual or prayerful means to bring about aid and comfort to others.

Now - should you have such a vision, and this is where the hazard comes in, your mind will function very much as when you are waking from a dream.

You may have noticed when you are waking from a dream, even an intense dream when you wake up suddenly or in the case of a dream that is just troubling and you wake up at your normal time either with an alarm clock or by some other person or simply because your body clock is telling you to wake up, that there is a tendency to put that dream into the context of your life.

However I have been taught and I have discovered that there is so much truth in this teaching - that most of us at the deep dream level are learning how to help others - being put through our paces by our teachers and guides and even though we think of ourselves when we are waking up as having been doing that - if you can see the person you identify with in that dream they don't usually look like you.

If you are an older person they will look younger, if you are a younger person they will just look not like you - if you have a recollection of that. Some of you don't see the person you identify with in that dream but some of you do.

Now when you are waking up your mind attempts to make sense out of the dream by putting it into some context of your life - meaning if it is something frightening but possible in a physical life on Earth your mind will attempt to warn you so that you feel like - oh dear, this is going to happen. If on the other hand it is something benevolent your mind will also say - this could happen.

Now I'm not trying to oversimplify those who help with understanding dreams but I have been taught and I believe through my experience that this is the function of such moments of your mind attempting to create a construct in your day to day life of the meaning of the dream.

I bring that forward because in these moments of vision your mind will function almost identically. The vision - if it is something frightening and it most often will be or something that requires instantaneous attention as in something frightening eh - then your mind will immediately attempt to superimpose it into your life just like those waking moments of a dream. However it will not have to do with your life.

This is what is required of you. First of all, know that there are other human beings someplace on the planet - possibly not even within the time in which you are living but they are crying out for help because they are in a frightening or dangerous or yes - violent situation where they are in need of help and when they cry out for help they won't be just asking God, they won't be just asking their angels and deities to help them. They are crying out for help on a broad scale. Sometimes out loud, sometimes just within and because we are all so united now - yes we are - you may get this vision.

Immediately upon getting that vision what you can do is to say a prayer. If you don't have a prayer that you say because of your religion or philosophy you can always say, "I am asking that all those beings who need help now receive all the help they need benevolently from all those beings who can help them" as a living prayer or if you have the capacity or have trained and can feel the energies as you've been instructed on this blog - for example here or as you may find here and my other and in many other places then simply breathe in for a moment those benevolent energies or let yourself be saturated with those benevolent energies and blow very gently - not towards any human beings - blow very gently towards the recollection - meaning you'll still have the picture of that violent or frightening situation - blow towards it.

Try to think of it as benevolent energy that you are blowing towards it - alright - and if you can feel that energy that's wonderful, if you cannot then blow gold light towards it. Gold light is a transformative benevolent energy on this planet associated with the planet herself and with Creators transforming capabilities and then just let it go.

It does not in most cases have to do with your life. Remember, if it has to do with your life there will be no visualization for most of you. There will simply be a moment of feeling in which case you can respond according to the way you feel best in your physical body using your instinct - alright. I have spoken about that here recently.

Now I wanted to let you know that that was happening because it is a chance for you to be of immediate help to some other individuals or groups of people and then just let it go afterwards.

I'm not saying you will all have this experience but most of us will have the experience one or more times and this is something you can do right now when that happens to help out fellow humans.

Keep in mind that if we ever have to call for help that help will be available because of what our fellow humans do for us. Help each other and learn to receive help in the most benevolent way. Giving and receiving - the cycle of life for us all.

Dreams In A World Of Compassion

Have you been having any intense dreams lately - ones with feelings that are so intense that you wake up with your heart pounding?

I have these dreams sometimes also. They are not meant to frighten us, though that's the way we remember them.

In my experience these are teaching dreams - someone is teaching us and we are learning.

In our life here we experience ourselves as individuals. We don't, as a rule, feel other people's feelings. Oh we have these experiences to a degree if there is an intense feeling in one place stimulated by something - perhaps we are in a theatre and we are swayed by the drama going on on stage or in the movies or other people around us are reacting to something and we might get caught up in it as well.

But what's going on in these intense dreams is what I believe to be training. So much of what we need to develop these days is compassion. We don't have to experience and live other people's lives directly, of course not but we do need to have a sense of feeling - not necessarily empathy where we take on the feelings of others but a sense of true compassion where we can sympathize to the best of our ability with others and offer perhaps a sense of pathos or at the very least a sense of consideration and kindness towards those who are having a hard time.

Nothing may really be required of us other then that feeling and perhaps that consideration or kindness. We don't have to give away everything we have but that kind of consideration, that kind of kindness is often appreciated.

Sometimes the people who we are kind to don't demonstrate their appreciation, other times that appreciation is demonstrated only in subtle ways but if enough people do offer kindness - in time those who are suffering grasp that the world and those around them do have a sense of compassion towards them and this - for those who are suffering in those moments can be very comforting indeed.

I believe, in these dreams, we are learning what other people are feeling by temporarily feeling it ourselves. I do not believe however that the place where dreams exists is an actual place where human beings live. I feel it is a teaching theatre where our guides and teachers allow us to experience these feelings because we may be exposed to others who have them and we may therefore be called on to be compassionate.

I grant that there are other points of view about dreams and I do not claim to have all the answers but this is what I believe based on my experience.

Releasing Tension Deeply

Have you ever noticed on waking up from a dream, a vision of violence from that dream - or even when going about your life a sudden vision of violence. Sometimes it might even show up in the form of what reminds you of a cartoon.

I want you to know that there is some process going on here. It is not just something that is being done to you. Rather it is a specific process that your spirit wishes you to participate in, as I've been taught.

All over the world now we are conscious of how much violence there is from one human being to another and sometimes even involving animals. We are even shocked sometimes when we hear the things that animals have done and from my experience and interaction with animal spirits as well as animals themselves I can tell that it is not something that they feel comfortable participating in and yet, they are participating to a degree because they feel overwhelmed by the tension in the world. Sometimes, granted, emanated by human beings but other times literally being released by the Earth.

We have all, before we come here to Earth, have had at least one life where we have mastered some principle of spiritual experience - meaning a life of spiritual mastery - not necessarily about all things but about at least one thing - this is what I've been taught and this is what I believe. There is a reason for this.

You know that this planet and our society can be a great challenge to live in. Sometimes it is not so present in our lives and other times it is more present.

This preparation to have a life here has been so that when we are exposed to such tensions or challenges that we have more than what has been provided for us in this life to fall back on as a soul. This is what often allows us to get through such situations and appreciate how we have made it through because of such loving preparations before this life.

Now, to get back to what I want to begin here. You have the means and the capacities, just like the animals I referred to, to help that tension release but while the animals have been trying to get our attention that this tension exists we can now say to them or think - thank you for behaving in these unexpected ways towards human beings, you have gotten my attention and now I will act.

What I'm going to recommend that you do here is to release tension from yourself and next time I will give you suggestions on how to release tension from the land and possibly even from those on the land near you but for today I want to say this.

If you have such a dream or if you have a moment of some kind of vision of violence that may not even be something that looks like human beings - as I say it might have cartoon like qualities - then this will always tell you that this is not something associated with your life but is essentially a means to allow your physical body to, in that moment, feel that tension.

This is not done to cause you harm but to alert you to something you can do. First, this is what I recommend you say in the form of a Living Prayer. You might say, "I am asking now to be insulated and protected from harm in the safest, most loving and benevolent way for me." Then you wait.

Many of you will feel a sense of benevolent energy present with you. Wait for a few moments for it to settle in. If you do not feel such energies or you're not sure, then wait about 2 or 3 minutes, then you can proceed if you wish.

After that time if you're still feeling the tension in your body or there is the memory of it, this is what you can do and you can say this out loud if you wish but if there are others around and you do not wish to say it you can either whisper it softly or you can think it.

Say this, "I am now releasing the tension within myself or in my proximity that I feel" but while you are saying this - picture the sun in the sky wherever you are. You might be indoors you see, you might have woken up from a dream - as I say, you might simply be on and about your business somewhere. If you're operating heavy machinery or driving or something that involves mechanisms then wait to do it later but if you can - pause a moment. Picture the sun in the sky and simply, after making that statement that I just mentioned, blow very gently towards the sun in the sky.

Now, you will most likely feel the tension in your body ease. The sun you see, has transformative capabilities. We know this scientifically simply because of the suns effect on the Earth but the sun itself cannot take on harm because it is always radiating light and heat and energy. Still, simply by blowing towards it in the sky - before that energy goes very far it will be transformed into something more benign - often completely benign.

Now, this is what to do next. If you have the opportunity and if you haven't been able to do it then the next time - because perhaps you were sleeping or something and you're in the bed or perhaps you were driving or operating machinery - next time you're outdoors in the sun - meaning outdoors in the day even if it is a cloudy day, glance towards the sky - don't look directly at the sun but glance in the general direction of where the sun is - just a quick glance - if you have dark glasses on then it's safer but just a quick glance because you are engaging the idea of the sun as well as the physical presence of the sun on your body and if you can - stop. Perhaps sit on a park bench or stand someplace comfortably and blow your breath towards the sky.

Try to blow it in such a way as it is not being blown in the direction of buildings, people or anything like that - even trees. Just blow towards the sky. You will find that you may be able to direct your breath towards the sky without tilting your head back too far.

If you can do this you will feel, after a little while, a very gentle but perceptible release of tension in your own body.

This is something that can help you to release tension in your own body in general though and I will say more about that next time but after you release that tension - then relax. When you blow, try to blow gently - alright. You don't have to release a big puff of air.
