Purification and Transformation

 In these times you will find many people going through altered realities. For you as a shamanic student or a shamanic traveler you might say, interacting with the world of the different and the abstract at times, it will not be a problem, it will be easy but for many people these things are happening also. 

 They are visions, sometimes very benevolent visions - even religious visions which are encouraging and supportive. 

 Other times however they will simply be seeing things of the suffering of their fellow human beings on different parts of the planet or even closer for some criminal act being done. This is very difficult for them and therefore I feel it would be important for you to be alert to this.

 Some people will be diagnosed as having some kind of mental malady when in fact what’s really going on is a vision of the needs of others. 

 So, you know you can help them and those of you who know how to do healing, especially remote healing, you can help them also but also there is more you can do as spiritual students. 

 You can bring about a state of change and transformation towards a more benevolent society and world by doing this as I have previously discussed here.

 I recommend this visualization because it will help to purify - meaning those that are motivated by angry thoughts, whether they are memories or whether they are motivations instilled by others, it will help to purify those thoughts so that they can be their true personalities or they can simply have better lives for themselves and those around them.

 This is simply all you need to do, though there is a part 2 that you can do if you choose.

 Picture the Earth as this beautiful blue ball you see in space, you’ve seen that picture many times I’m sure most of you, and picturing it as a planet imagine it going through the purification of the sun. 

 Now the sun in the sky has a spiritual capacity aside from light and heat and all of this and as its spiritual capacity, if you simply picture it in your mind’s eye as this big golden or white, some of you might see it as, disc that will be sufficient. 

 Then imagine or try to direct the Earth moving through the sun from the right side of the sun to the left side. This will bring about purification of motivation. 

 It’s not going to have any heat affects on Earth, it is purely a way to bring about clearing on a global scale. 

 I don’t necessarily recommend this for just anybody to do but spiritual students or shamanic students, this is something you can do

 Do not do this more than 3 times in your lifetime. So try to remember that. It is something, remember, that has an effect on everyone and there are obviously other beings on the planet other than human beings. 

 Now, there will be an exception to that. If you wish to do this to purify yourself or an individual you are trying to help - alright - then you can picture that individual or yourself moving through the sun in the same way and that will help to clear memories of pain and suffering from you or to clear others so that they might be able to live more constructive lives without being driven by some motivation of revenge.

 As you know, that is such a destructive motivation where people can harm themselves or others without fully realizing what they are doing - alright. 

 So in the case of an individual you would just picture them moving from the right side of the sun, through it, to the left side of the sun and then just let go of that vision. Just like you do with the Earth you just let go of the vision afterwards - alright. 

 So, that’s your homework for today if you care to do it and a little bit about what’s going on.

Part 2

 For those of you who are advanced in your work and would like to do more, then this is what you can do. 

 Imagine yourself standing either inside the sun or right behind it and being able to see the Earth through the sun and then with all the love you can muster reach into the sun and scoop up some of its energy and then bring it back to the north pole of the Earth and deposit it there. 

 Don’t bury it, just drop it right on the north pole of the Earth. You can hover above the Earth or you can feel yourself standing there in the bilocated* fashion. 

 When you do that, just place the energy from the sun there and say these words. Of course you will say them in your physical body but try to feel the ground under your feet standing at the north pole. Then say, “I am asking that this benevolent and loving transformational energy purify the hearts of all beings on the Earth now to bring about the most benevolent change for all humanity.” 

 That’s all.

Creation Speak, Part 5

Last time I mentioned that there were two things to do if you were having some difficulty either waking up from a nightmare or having had a vision in a more casual sense, almost like a daydream.

There is a second thing to do. It is more involved, more intense perhaps you might say but it's particularly helpful if you're having an ongoing problem with a repetitive nightmare and it might even be possible to help somebody else by doing this for it is true magic and true magic is intended to bring about change in the most benevolent way and in the most complete way that will bring about the most benevolent outcome.

So this is the second thing to do. As I've said before go out to the land* and when you get to that spot first face the north** and then face the west and then the south and then the east. Face these directions for just a few seconds each or for as long as feels comfortable to you. Up to a minute or two is fine. And then continuing to turn to your left face the north again.

As you are facing north have your hands and arms straight down at the sides of your body with the palms of your hands touching the sides of your body.

Then raise your arms slowly so that they are above your head and bring your palms together. After you do that slowly lower your hands and arms until they are in the original position. Then turn to the west and do the same thing.

This whole gesture you understand, takes about maybe 30 to 40 seconds - don't look at a clock just make your best guess.

Then turn to the south, do the same thing. Then to the east and do the same thing.

Then when you're back facing the north with your hands at your sides simply say, "I am asking that this dream set that I have been having..." (or you would say that so and so has been having) "...now be expunged from my existence in the most benevolent way so that I may enjoy my sleep in the most restful manner." And you adapt this so that it will fit another person if you are saying it for another person.

After you say that make that gesture again as I mentioned before starting with the north, then the west, then the south, then the east and finish up facing the north.

Then take 1 step backwards. It's alright to glance over your shoulder to see where you are stepping if you wish. It does not have to be a big step, just a short step backwards. I would recommend stepping back with your right foot first but it's up to you. Then pause for a moment - not long, just a few seconds - maybe 10 seconds or so.

Then take 3 sidesteps to the left. Pause for about 20 or 30 seconds. Then take 2 more sidesteps to the left. Then turn to the left one quarter of a full rotation. Then take 6 sidesteps to the left. Then you may turn and walk away from that area and go on with your life.

This is something that may work for you. Remember to always ask for the most benevolent energies to be all around and about you in the most benevolent way before you do anything like this. I will not say this all the time now but I will say it sometimes to remind you. I am hopeful that that will work in more difficult cases where a dream or nightmare just won't seem to go away. *Know that as a general rule of thumb, as people say, it's important to care about that which you are performing true magic for. This way you do not have any inner conflicts or feelings in conflict in your body with that which you are attempting to do. This could not only cause you to feel uncomfortable but it would generally impact the true magic so much that it may not do any good.

This is what I recommend. Go outside if you can and as always try not to wear shoes that are insulating you - keeping your energy, you understand, from moving into the ground. If you need to wear shoes try to wear something that is made of a natural fiber - even leather, that's fine but not plastic or rubber - not an insulating material.

Then go out on the land someplace. And remember - always to go someplace where you feel safe including your own backyard if that is a place to feel safe but if you go out in the country or someplace else always do these things someplace where you have permission - that's important - so that you can feel safe and so that those who may have some claim to the land upon which you are standing will be comfortable with your presence.

It's always good to do true magic in a place where there is no conflict - outer or inner. This way it is more likely to work in the most benevolent way. You can of course wear insulating shoes to get there if you have to drive there or have to go in a vehicle of some sort but once you get there put on non-insulating shoes or go barefoot if you feel comfortable there and then stand out on the land.

**We always start with the north because that's where the land emerges. All land emerges in all planets from the north and especially on Earth the emergence of land, new land, creation and creations emerge from the north. Alright that's all we'll say about that right now.

Creation Speak, Part 4

I've been mentioning in this series that some of you may be having dreams or even sensations that you know have nothing to do with your life. I gave the example of the fish - of you experiencing for a moment their life and I mentioned the dreams.

This is especially important for dreams. Should you have a dream that is upsetting but upon waking you discover when considering the images in the dream that it was not you - that the people in the dream did not look like you or that the perspective you had in the dream, if you did not see yourself, was not one that could be you - this is typical these days - then this is what to do. Get in the habit of doing this, it will be a comfort.

First off if you can say out loud a few words of the dream if it was upsetting - what we sometimes call a nightmare - if you can say a few words about it, not a comment on it, not an opinion but rather...this happened and that happened - just for a few seconds it almost guarantees that you won't have that dream again when you fall back to sleep from your waking because the dream was so upsetting.

After you say those few words pause for about 30 seconds or so. Don't look at the clock, just make your best guess, 20 seconds is probably alright too - then say the following living prayer.

I recommend you say, "I am asking that all those beings who may in any way be involved in the dream vision I just had receive all the help, love and support they need now in the most benevolent way from all those beings who can help them." Try to memorize that living prayer.

For many of you after you've said that you'll get a good energy - it'll feel good to you and it might even relax you so you'll be able to go back to sleep quickly. That's what I recommend. I wanted to provide this since there was a request about what to do should you have an upsetting dream. This is what to do...but there is more.

Suppose you have that experience not as a dream but as something like a daydream - meaning that you close your eyes for a moment, maybe you're thinking deeply about something, and you have that type of experience - it just pops in for a moment and it's upsetting or agitating.

Two things to do. One: if you are near a window or outside just think of the vision for a moment. Don't dwell on it, just think of it for a moment and blow - just blow breath out of your mouth. You don't have to blow mightily, just blow with some gentle force. Try to blow it towards the sky rather than towards the ground for we walk on the ground or others do - they could pick it up. Blow it towards the sky as I said.

If you're in a building and there is no way to do that because you cannot see the sky then this is what to do. If you know what direction the sky is in, and you probably do, try to get to some portion of the building that has only a wall separating you and the outdoors - and always know that when you blow like this it doesn't make any difference whether there is a wall, whether there is a door or whether there is a window, the energy goes right through it.

So...when you can then blow that towards the sky but as I said, some of you will not be able to get anywhere near that place so immediately say to yourself or whisper or say out loud if you can that same living prayer I mentioned above. It will help, and you see it is inclusive since you were involved in the vision or the dream as I mentioned before - it includes you. So any comforts that you may need may more easily come to you in the most benevolent way. That's what I recommend. Goodlife.

Magic For Urgent Situations

Now - I have an assignment for you for those who wish to participate. From time to time now you will suddenly get a vision and it could very well be - you're just sitting, you're doing something, you're walking with a friend but you suddenly get a vision of some kind of disaster.

This is what to do. If you can stop whatever you're doing in that moment that would be best but if you are unable to stop, then the first chance you get then this is what to do. Ask for the most benevolent energy to be available for you.

If you feel it above your head then breathe in, as it were, through the top of your head - alright and if you feel it some other place breathe in through that energy and blow in the direction that feels the best towards that vision.

It may not be in the same direction you were facing when you first noticed it or it may. Just blow once, twice - no more then that. Just breathing in from where you feel the energy - the most benevolent - and blowing in that direction. It doesn't have to be outside, it doesn't have to be towards a window. It doesn't make any difference, just wherever you feel is the best direction to blow and then let it go.

If you're not certain that you're feeling benevolent energies through your body or the top of your head or wherever you feel them to breathe through, then wait until you can get to a place where you're more relaxed and quiet and try it there. This must be done only by breathing in through a place in your body where you recognize benevolent energies that you have felt before in the most benevolent way.

If you can picture that disaster that you had in that vision then blow in that direction but always remember do not blow in any direction if there is a human being anywhere within 25 feet of the direction you are blowing excepting this situation.

If it is an emergency, you feel, then you can blow up over the top of that human being but I always feel it is better to move slightly. Perhaps you can turn around - turn in some direction. It's never good to blow even the most benevolent energy at someone, other than the exception above, unless they have specifically asked you to do some form of treatment on them and I may get to that in another post but there's lots more to learn before that.

I'm not saying there's going to be disasters - for some of those events you're seeing in your visions might be in the considerable future, some of them might be on the other side of the world that you would never hear about, some of them might be something that happens just to a few individuals but if you get those visions that's what to do. You don't have to say any words, just do that thing with the energy - alright.

It'll be alright. It's your chance to have an immediate benevolent effect on the outcome of things that may affect other people. Anytime you have a vision like this that's something you can do that will help.

Precognition - One Of Our Natural Skills

Have you ever had that experience where you looked at something or someone and they looked startlingly familiar or in the case of an object you thought it was one thing and then when you looked again or refocused while still looking at it you realized it wasn't. But then the very next day or very soon thereafter you saw the person, place or thing in fact that you had thought you had seen before.

Now I know that sounds complicated but I believe yes, many of you can identify with this experience. I'm bringing it up now because I want you to understand that there is something going on here and more and more of you are going to have this experience. You are experiencing a variation of what is known as precognition.

This is a skill I believe we all actually have but it is latent in most of us and I want to suggest to you that if you are interested in this experience that you try to make a note or when you have the opportunity write it down - what happened and what developed.

Don't assume that this is necessarily going to complicate your life or that you're going to see some horrible things that are going to happen before they do. But on the chance that you suddenly get an image completely out of context with your daily life - it might be say, a plane in trouble or some other thing that looks like a problem then this is what to do.

I strongly recommend this because it will make you feel better and - who knows, it might improve the quality of life for others that you don't know and may never meet.

So - if you get a vision and it's possible these days then this is what to do. First say, "I am asking that all those people and beings in that..."(and then you mention whatever you saw there) "...experience the most benevolent outcome from that experience that is available for them now." You say that and if you feel any energy you wait until it passes, then do this.

Imagine gold light above the top of your head. For those of you who feel energy, I'll have something for you in a moment but if you don't feel energy then imagine gold light above the top of your head - the very top. Then breathe in, take a breath and imagine that you're pulling that light in through the top of your head.

Don't pull it in too far - meaning don't pull it down to the bottoms of your feet or anything, just pull it in and after you've taken that breath - just a normal breath - nothing huge and deep blow in the direction where you had that vision - no matter what direction it is just blow very gently the gold light - you understand.

You're using your active imagination here - blow the gold light towards that vision, not firmly, very gently. That's all.

Now for those of you who feel the energy above the top of your head - as long as it feels benevolent and by now you know what that feels like do the same thing.

Just breathe in through the top of your head and blow very gently in the direction where you had the picture - make sure there was a picture eh - and again blow very gently in that direction.

Now let me say a little more about precognition. The reason this is happening to us all is that it is in our natures when we are born to care about each and every one here on this planet. Because of our cultures much of this caring is trained out of us and also sometimes because of our experiences in life but now I have been taught and I believe that we are coming back into our true natures and one of the first ways this reveals itself is a caring and a desire to assist people we don't know and have never met in this life. But perhaps we do know them.

Perhaps we care about them in other lives. Even if that is not the case it is in our nature to care. So, give these things a try. I'll say more about precognition as time goes by.

Visions That You Can Act Upon

There is a time coming very soon where you will get quick visions. It will be like a picture, in a way, for most of you that literally pops into your head. It won't be words directing this or that, it won't be thought, it will be visual.

It represents something that has to do with an opportunity for you to say a prayer, make a blessing or emanate benevolent energy towards that vision. You are all now capable of doing something that you can do when you're not embodied on Earth. It is just that you need to remember what to do so that you are not confused and also so that you can live more benevolently and help each other even if you don't know the people you are helping.

Let me explain. These visions might suddenly happen and they'll be so brief in many cases that you will become conscious of them just after they have passed. I'm not talking about something that happens in a dream, I will speak to that soon, this is something that will happen in your waking life.

You may be walking with a friend or a loved one, you may be with other friends, you may be in other circumstances, you may be at work but it will not happen when you are doing something that requires your absolute attention such as operating machinery, driving a car, a truck, something like that. It will happen however when you are conducting your life in some way.

Now the vision, and this is why it's so important for you to know about this, will often be something that is violent or frightening. This is not meant to scare you. Rather it is meant very specifically for you to apply what you have learned here on this blog and on my other and other things that you have learned in other places that are of a spiritual or prayerful means to bring about aid and comfort to others.

Now - should you have such a vision, and this is where the hazard comes in, your mind will function very much as when you are waking from a dream.

You may have noticed when you are waking from a dream, even an intense dream when you wake up suddenly or in the case of a dream that is just troubling and you wake up at your normal time either with an alarm clock or by some other person or simply because your body clock is telling you to wake up, that there is a tendency to put that dream into the context of your life.

However I have been taught and I have discovered that there is so much truth in this teaching - that most of us at the deep dream level are learning how to help others - being put through our paces by our teachers and guides and even though we think of ourselves when we are waking up as having been doing that - if you can see the person you identify with in that dream they don't usually look like you.

If you are an older person they will look younger, if you are a younger person they will just look not like you - if you have a recollection of that. Some of you don't see the person you identify with in that dream but some of you do.

Now when you are waking up your mind attempts to make sense out of the dream by putting it into some context of your life - meaning if it is something frightening but possible in a physical life on Earth your mind will attempt to warn you so that you feel like - oh dear, this is going to happen. If on the other hand it is something benevolent your mind will also say - this could happen.

Now I'm not trying to oversimplify those who help with understanding dreams but I have been taught and I believe through my experience that this is the function of such moments of your mind attempting to create a construct in your day to day life of the meaning of the dream.

I bring that forward because in these moments of vision your mind will function almost identically. The vision - if it is something frightening and it most often will be or something that requires instantaneous attention as in something frightening eh - then your mind will immediately attempt to superimpose it into your life just like those waking moments of a dream. However it will not have to do with your life.

This is what is required of you. First of all, know that there are other human beings someplace on the planet - possibly not even within the time in which you are living but they are crying out for help because they are in a frightening or dangerous or yes - violent situation where they are in need of help and when they cry out for help they won't be just asking God, they won't be just asking their angels and deities to help them. They are crying out for help on a broad scale. Sometimes out loud, sometimes just within and because we are all so united now - yes we are - you may get this vision.

Immediately upon getting that vision what you can do is to say a prayer. If you don't have a prayer that you say because of your religion or philosophy you can always say, "I am asking that all those beings who need help now receive all the help they need benevolently from all those beings who can help them" as a living prayer or if you have the capacity or have trained and can feel the energies as you've been instructed on this blog - for example here or as you may find here and my other and in many other places then simply breathe in for a moment those benevolent energies or let yourself be saturated with those benevolent energies and blow very gently - not towards any human beings - blow very gently towards the recollection - meaning you'll still have the picture of that violent or frightening situation - blow towards it.

Try to think of it as benevolent energy that you are blowing towards it - alright - and if you can feel that energy that's wonderful, if you cannot then blow gold light towards it. Gold light is a transformative benevolent energy on this planet associated with the planet herself and with Creators transforming capabilities and then just let it go.

It does not in most cases have to do with your life. Remember, if it has to do with your life there will be no visualization for most of you. There will simply be a moment of feeling in which case you can respond according to the way you feel best in your physical body using your instinct - alright. I have spoken about that here recently.

Now I wanted to let you know that that was happening because it is a chance for you to be of immediate help to some other individuals or groups of people and then just let it go afterwards.

I'm not saying you will all have this experience but most of us will have the experience one or more times and this is something you can do right now when that happens to help out fellow humans.

Keep in mind that if we ever have to call for help that help will be available because of what our fellow humans do for us. Help each other and learn to receive help in the most benevolent way. Giving and receiving - the cycle of life for us all.

Releasing Tension Deeply

Have you ever noticed on waking up from a dream, a vision of violence from that dream - or even when going about your life a sudden vision of violence. Sometimes it might even show up in the form of what reminds you of a cartoon.

I want you to know that there is some process going on here. It is not just something that is being done to you. Rather it is a specific process that your spirit wishes you to participate in, as I've been taught.

All over the world now we are conscious of how much violence there is from one human being to another and sometimes even involving animals. We are even shocked sometimes when we hear the things that animals have done and from my experience and interaction with animal spirits as well as animals themselves I can tell that it is not something that they feel comfortable participating in and yet, they are participating to a degree because they feel overwhelmed by the tension in the world. Sometimes, granted, emanated by human beings but other times literally being released by the Earth.

We have all, before we come here to Earth, have had at least one life where we have mastered some principle of spiritual experience - meaning a life of spiritual mastery - not necessarily about all things but about at least one thing - this is what I've been taught and this is what I believe. There is a reason for this.

You know that this planet and our society can be a great challenge to live in. Sometimes it is not so present in our lives and other times it is more present.

This preparation to have a life here has been so that when we are exposed to such tensions or challenges that we have more than what has been provided for us in this life to fall back on as a soul. This is what often allows us to get through such situations and appreciate how we have made it through because of such loving preparations before this life.

Now, to get back to what I want to begin here. You have the means and the capacities, just like the animals I referred to, to help that tension release but while the animals have been trying to get our attention that this tension exists we can now say to them or think - thank you for behaving in these unexpected ways towards human beings, you have gotten my attention and now I will act.

What I'm going to recommend that you do here is to release tension from yourself and next time I will give you suggestions on how to release tension from the land and possibly even from those on the land near you but for today I want to say this.

If you have such a dream or if you have a moment of some kind of vision of violence that may not even be something that looks like human beings - as I say it might have cartoon like qualities - then this will always tell you that this is not something associated with your life but is essentially a means to allow your physical body to, in that moment, feel that tension.

This is not done to cause you harm but to alert you to something you can do. First, this is what I recommend you say in the form of a Living Prayer. You might say, "I am asking now to be insulated and protected from harm in the safest, most loving and benevolent way for me." Then you wait.

Many of you will feel a sense of benevolent energy present with you. Wait for a few moments for it to settle in. If you do not feel such energies or you're not sure, then wait about 2 or 3 minutes, then you can proceed if you wish.

After that time if you're still feeling the tension in your body or there is the memory of it, this is what you can do and you can say this out loud if you wish but if there are others around and you do not wish to say it you can either whisper it softly or you can think it.

Say this, "I am now releasing the tension within myself or in my proximity that I feel" but while you are saying this - picture the sun in the sky wherever you are. You might be indoors you see, you might have woken up from a dream - as I say, you might simply be on and about your business somewhere. If you're operating heavy machinery or driving or something that involves mechanisms then wait to do it later but if you can - pause a moment. Picture the sun in the sky and simply, after making that statement that I just mentioned, blow very gently towards the sun in the sky.

Now, you will most likely feel the tension in your body ease. The sun you see, has transformative capabilities. We know this scientifically simply because of the suns effect on the Earth but the sun itself cannot take on harm because it is always radiating light and heat and energy. Still, simply by blowing towards it in the sky - before that energy goes very far it will be transformed into something more benign - often completely benign.

Now, this is what to do next. If you have the opportunity and if you haven't been able to do it then the next time - because perhaps you were sleeping or something and you're in the bed or perhaps you were driving or operating machinery - next time you're outdoors in the sun - meaning outdoors in the day even if it is a cloudy day, glance towards the sky - don't look directly at the sun but glance in the general direction of where the sun is - just a quick glance - if you have dark glasses on then it's safer but just a quick glance because you are engaging the idea of the sun as well as the physical presence of the sun on your body and if you can - stop. Perhaps sit on a park bench or stand someplace comfortably and blow your breath towards the sky.

Try to blow it in such a way as it is not being blown in the direction of buildings, people or anything like that - even trees. Just blow towards the sky. You will find that you may be able to direct your breath towards the sky without tilting your head back too far.

If you can do this you will feel, after a little while, a very gentle but perceptible release of tension in your own body.

This is something that can help you to release tension in your own body in general though and I will say more about that next time but after you release that tension - then relax. When you blow, try to blow gently - alright. You don't have to release a big puff of air.

Passing On The Energies Benevolently, Part 2

I spoke to you last time about breathing in benevolent energy through your head and blowing it at something that would improve the energy in that area as in the case of a room for instance that didn't feel good. Now I want to give you part two of that.

I have at times seen visions of cars crashing or even planes in desperate straits - always this is something at a great distance. I can tell because very often the planes look old - meaning the type of planes that might have been flown during World War Two that are still being flown here and there around the world but no place around where I live - and the cars frequently look a bit unusual - for instance it came up just the other day where I saw a couple of cars - it looked like they were going to crash and at first I didn't know what to make of it because it was a vision - a vision in my case meaning like a waking dream - seeing it but being wide awake.

Then I remembered to do the energy and so the energy came in and I felt it very benevolently at the top of my head and I breathed in slowly and I consciously made the effort to blow that energy towards the picture I had seen - the vision you understand and I also requested that it be gold light and when I do this I always see it as gold light spreading towards that.

I've done that also in situations where I felt that a plane might be in trouble. As I've said I always seem to see it with these old cargo planes that may be operating in some distant part of the world.

I don't do it as a rule with things that I see in person physically but I have done this a few times with human beings who are not feeling good - individuals - people I know and when I do that with this beautiful energy they always feel better. I do it also with myself and my own physical body and it helps me to feel better.

I am hopeful that some of you will notice that you have this benevolent energy and learn to recognize how it feels and try that thing with your breath. Always practice on yourself first so you know that it is something that feels good. Learn how to do that.

Never blow at anything if you're feeling a discomforting energy. This is not good for you and it's not good for them and I simply don't recommend it. It may and probably is the case that they won't feel a thing but it could come back to you in some way that isn't good. That's what I recommend based on what I've heard experiences others have had - it's not something I have done so I can't speak about it personally but it comes in the training you know - that to do it this way not do it that way so I'm passing on the training as well. I'm not to worried about any of you doing that kind of thing because I don't think you're interested in that. Nevertheless it's good to mention it - yes.

So - a little further about a plane I once saw. I saw this plane and it looked like it was just flying along but I had a flash as if something - I call it a flash meaning - a flash is an image or a vision that is so briefly available it's like a split second so I call those things a flash and the flash looked like the plane was in trouble so I breathed in the energy and I blew the energy and gold light towards what I'd seen.

I don't know of course and I probably never will know in this life whether it did any good but because I've had good experience of such energy blown with positive energy and good feeling and love and gold light towards human beings and with myself with positive results I believe it helps wherever that plane may be and wherever those cars may be and I hope this inspires you to consider that you may have these capabilities as well.

Look in to it, practice slowly and carefully, try it out on yourself first and maybe good friends to see if it works and if you feel it does work - if you get visions then try it. Perhaps it will be good and just to be sure you can say the following Living Prayer if you like. You might say, "I am asking that all energies I blow towards any and all beings wherever they may be have only benevolent results and develop into the most benevolent outcome."
