To be as a child is the way. What does this mean? In order to find your way to your natural self, your true identity, the way you can truly be in this life, you must be very similar to the way you were when you were born.
When you were born you were very trusting, you were open, accepting. You had not learned to be cynical. You had not learned that - this is true and that is false. In other words you were your natural self then.
All throughout our lives we are trained and conditioned to be this way or that way, to be this culture or that culture, to believe these rules, to disbelieve those and so on but in order to be our natural selves we will have to focus - at least for moments when you feel safe - as that innocent child.
I have some homework for you. It's not so rare or unusual but it's something you can do. I recommend you do it entirely on your own because it will be embarrassing at first for adults, less so for children.
Pretend to be a child. I recommend you do this in bed or someplace soft. A couch might do just fine and as an actor might, pretend to be a baby. You don't have to be a baby physically quite obviously but pretend to be that in your thoughts and allow your body to move into positions that feel comfortable for you though may not be positions you would normally take as an adult.
This is something that actors are very familiar with so if you have a friend that's an actor ask them for a little guidance. If they want to know what it's about tell them it's an exercise to get in touch with your true self. I think they'll understand. Many actors have to do that in order to pursue their careers.
I recommend you say this living prayer first. Ask, always before saying these things, for all the most benevolent energies to be around you and all about you. Wait a few seconds and then say, "I am asking that I have now the capacity and the ability when being my natural true self to touch into that trusting child that is me at my root of my being here on Earth and that uniting the two of these things I feel my true natural personality, my true natural soul and my total natural spirit." Then do that thing I said - alright. I recommend you try it.
For those of you who've had trouble accomplishing some of the homework on this blog and on my other then you will find that the homework, after doing this exercise a few times or maybe even just once, will be easier to accomplish. Goodlife.

Bilocation, Part 1
Alright now it is time for you to begin to practice once again your bilocation as you have here before and here and here or for a more thorough review which begins at what I would call more of a ground floor level see the links below listed in order of first through fifth. There is a reason I want you to practice this, there's always a reason. Know that.
From the beginning of this blog and my other, there's always a reason and one thing builds on another.
So for now let's practice your skills as a refresher. Wherever you are at the moment whether sitting or standing remain in your present place. Either look across the room, look across the yard or look across the field if you're outdoors and imagine yourself standing in that other location. Try to do this when there is nobody around or as few people as possible or others that you feel completely comfortable with and it's alright if animals are present - alright - but not animals likely to be involved in aggressive actions towards each other directly - alright. So, we need to keep things as calm as possible.
Now remain in your physical body but look towards the location you are viewing and let it be a location without human habitation and someplace that is a open space - alright. Look towards that space and imagine yourself standing there however when you imagine yourself there I want you to focus only on the physical feeling of standing there.
It can be any kind of space. And those of you who live near the seashore and have no other open land nearby, feel perfectly comfortable in standing on the water - alright - because this is an active imagination - then you can do that.
So focus only on feeling the ground under your feet at this time and that is all. Focus on feeling the ground under your feet and move around a little bit in that location. Now remember you're going to stay in your body so that you have your physical feelings even though you'll be feeling them remotely, as you did in the Long Touch training (if you want to review this process more thoroughly read the following material as listed here in order: first, second, third, forth and fifth) - alright - and as a result I want you to concentrate on that. I'll be talking a lot more about bilocation in the future but for right now concentrate only on feeling the ground under your feet.
Then after you've practiced that once or twice, maybe three times over the next week or two then, giving you a little advance homework here, I'd like you to - when you are bilocating - I'd like you to notice - don't look up as it were, you're after all focused in a physical act but notice if you can what you look like in that place. Don't focus on face or hands or body - but garments - just notice and don't get caught up in it.
Remember - you must at all times be noticing the physical feeling of the ground under your feet so if you try to look at what you look like there, though you might very well look the same way you are standing or sitting in your chair for instance, if you focus on that you'll lose connection with feeling the ground under your feet - so that's the most important thing.
That's why I want you to use latent images - meaning that after you have let go of being in that other place, standing there, see if you can remember how you may have looked generally speaking - alright. I'll say more about that another time.
Now you can, for those of you who are not certain what I mean by latent images you can look at a cloud in the sky then close your eyes and you will still be able to see that cloud briefly in your minds eye - alright - that's what I mean.
Okay. So that's your homework. I'll have more to say about this soon.
Goodlife.

Co-operation. Let's Welcome It Now.
Co-operation - what an important word that describes an action, an experience and a feeling that we all must make an effort to incorporate more and to co-operate with - yes. How is it that we need to co-operate more with co-operation?
Consider how often people attempt to offer us things - things that we very often need but for some reason, perhaps we are shy, perhaps it's our conditioning, perhaps there's some other reason - we do not go along with the co-operation then - yes even kindness of others.
I know that many of us are afraid at a deep level that there are strings attached and I grant that in some cases this may be so but I do want to encourage you to consider taking risks now. Just little ones with people, especially those whom you may not know very well who offer something to you that requires no more than a simple thank you.
I'd like to suggest some homework. It may sound very simple. It may to some of us, yes even sound boring or tedious and yet to others of us it might sound very difficult indeed.
This is what I'm going to suggest - pick a week, any week sometime in the next 2 or 3 months and during that week at least 3 times - if someone offers to do something for you whether it is someone at work who decides to buy your coffee for you or whether it is someone who simply opens a door for you - when they do so simply say thank you.
A nice thank you that they can hear, alright or some other greeting or comment that is equal to thank you in your language or in your style.
It is important however for the other person to realize that you are thanking them.
Co-operation is something that was much more common in times gone by perhaps, also known as politeness but in our world today where we often find that there are so many people, there is so much stress and so much urgency to be many places more then we could really go and do many more things then we can really do in a single day - it is perhaps valuable to not only co-operate and to be kind but to co-operate with co-operation - to accept and receive the co-operation of others in the most benevolent way that we can.
Give it a try and see if it can work for you. It might be difficult but the reason to do this is so that you can learn how to graciously accept the co-operation of others. And don't forget, when you do things - polite things, nice things for others it makes you feel good doesn't it. Would you really deny others the opportunity of feeling good when they would do something for you? Of course not.
So, try it out - see if you like it. Goodlife to you all and goodnight.
