Learn now - your body knows how to do this but you will have to co-ordinate your bodies wisdom with your mind - learn now to Touch Walk. You can do this. Touch Walking will help you to find your way in life, to feel the Earth under your feet and to know many times - do I go this way or do I go that way. What is the best way for me to go? Where are my opportunities? What is my physical path that is the most benevolent for me?

More True Magic for Challenging or Malevolent Energies
With the coming of Halloween and other situations you may find discomforting here is True Magic that you can utilize for self-protection as well as to protect friends and family.
There is a sound problem on the video but I feel that its subject matter still warrants being posted.

Re-Creation Of Our World Benevolently, Part 1
How to change the world we're living in to reorient it to something more benevolent - and I do not mean by a matter of minor degrees here but a significant change that benefits all beings.
When we come to this world and are inside mother and then for the first few months of life, sometimes even the first few years, we are benevolent beings. How can that state of being become our normal day to day state of being now as adults? There is a way.
It will take time and an accumulation of people doing these things but it can happen.
I want to begin today with your basic instruction. First of all it will require remembering being inside of mother or remembering being a baby and I know most of you cannot do this but you can imagine it - and find a way to imagine it. The simple thing to do is to just close your eyes, remember feeling totally safe or create - meaning generate the feeling of safety and you might find your body going into a position - curling up perhaps the way you do when you sleep - that's alright. The purpose here is to remember what it feels like to be safe.
I have provided a book along these lines. For those of you who have read it, it will be easier but if you haven't then do the best you can.
If you can create that feeling within yourself of being safe, as you might find here or here or in greater detail here, it is the foundation of this work.
Once you have established that feeling for yourself then focusing on the feeling, being safe, move around a bit. Just move wherever you are while you feel safe. Try to hold the feeling for a while and then relax.
As soon as you are able go out someplace on the land* where you are welcome and can do True Magic. When you find that place and have arrived there orient yourself towards the north and, this is going to be complicated now but this is advanced work, as you're facing the north recall and bring to your heart and feelings that feeling of safety.
It may not be easy because you'll be out on the land but hopefully it will be relatively quiet there. Focus on feeling safe and when you have that feeling even for a few moments be in the feeling. Try to go into it more so you can feel it as much as possible and then relax.
Remain facing north and as the feeling fades raise your arms up over your head and bend your wrists back so that your palms are facing skyward. Then say these words, "I am asking that the feeling of safety that I have just generated be expanded on this spot where I am standing 10 times more than I have felt it and be seeded in this ground."
Then move your arms so that your palms are facing each other with your hands straight up over your head and then move your hands so that your palms are facing forward. Hold that for about the count of 10 but do not count - meaning hold it for about 10 seconds but don't think.
Then slowly lower both of your arms so that your hands are at your sides. Make 3 complete rotations turning towards your left - not spinning but slowly turning 3 times and end up facing north.
Then if you can squat down - or if you need to kneel down that's okay - put your hands on the ground and say this, "I am asking that the energy of safety that I have just felt be planted in this ground now and be expanded upon 10 times as much as I have felt it and remain here forevermore." Then you can remove your hands unless you are feeling a lot of energy. If you are feeling energy then move your hands up off the ground no more than 2 inches and remain like that until the energy fades. If you have not felt energy then simply move your hands up off the ground and stand up again.
Face the north and make 1 complete rotation to the left and relax. Take 6 sidesteps to the left paying attention to where you are stepping. Make a quarter rotation to the left. Take 9 sidesteps to the left and then you may go on with your life.
Goodlife.

*Know that as a general rule of thumb, as people say, it's important to care about that which you are performing true magic for. This way you do not have any inner conflicts or feelings in conflict in your body with that which you are attempting to do. This could not only cause you to feel uncomfortable but it would generally impact the true magic so much that it may not do any good.
This is what I recommend. Go outside if you can and as always try not to wear shoes that are insulating you - keeping your energy, you understand, from moving into the ground. If you need to wear shoes try to wear something that is made of a natural fiber - even leather, that's fine but not plastic or rubber - not an insulating material.
Then go out on the land someplace. And remember - always to go someplace where you feel safe including your own backyard if that is a place to feel safe but if you go out in the country or someplace else always do these things someplace where you have permission - that's important - so that you can feel safe and so that those who may have some claim to the land upon which you are standing will be comfortable with your presence.
It's always good to do true magic in a place where there is no conflict - outer or inner. This way it is more likely to work in the most benevolent way. You can of course wear insulating shoes to get there if you have to drive there or have to go in a vehicle of some sort but once you get there put on non-insulating shoes or go barefoot if you feel comfortable there and then stand out on the land.

Transformation Of Uncomfortable Energies Safely
Have you ever had the circumstance when you were in a room or had to go into another room - alone perhaps or a place where you had not been before. This often happens when in a hotel or in a guest room. Sometimes it can happen in a place with few people as in say, working in an office on the weekend when practically no ones there - maybe no one is there except yourself - and you go towards that room and you get an uncomfortable feeling. On the one hand could it be that it's dangerous for some reason. On the other hand might there be some other reason.
How to know. Here's a way to find out. As you approach the room and the door is open or perhaps there's just an opening and it feels uncomfortable slow down and as you get close to the room reach your arm towards the room.
It does not have to be in the room, just in the general direction. I usually use my left arm and if it does not feel good pull your arm back. Wait - about 10 seconds. Repeat this step.
When you reach your arm have it at your side then raise it in the direction of the room with your palm facing downward. You can close your fingers a bit but don't make a tight fist. Then wait. Do this perhaps 3 times. See if it feels better.
If it does feel better move more towards the room. Stand in the doorway. Do it again, just once. If when you reach your arm towards that space it feels better or even alright then enter.
Now if it doesn't feel alright you can try this. This is especially in circumstances where you know mentally that it's safe but that it doesn't feel right and perhaps there are spirit beings there and it might be helpful to clear the room of them for the moment while you are there if they would care to move.
So if you have approached the room and gone that far then what to do. If it still doesn't feel exactly right but it feels better and you feel welcome but you only go in part way and you're not sure then ask for the most benevolent energy to be available for you above the top of your head and all round and about you that you might be safe.
Wait a moment and when you feel it then breathe in, as it were, through the top of your head. I have spoken of this before. After you breathe in just one breath looking to your right towards the right side of the room blow gently from the right to the left until most of your breath is exhaled, not all. Then just resume breathing normally.
Step back one or two paces. Don't turn around unless you feel the need to. If you turn, turn to your left. Then if you have turned continue turning to your left until you are facing the room again. See how it feels. If it feels alright then go in and do what you need to do. If you're just getting something than get it and leave. If on the other hand there is more to do then stay.
I'm mentioning this now because these are always fine tunings that have been preceded by other things on these blogs and it is my intention here to improve the quality of your life, as you know, and to provide you with spiritual tools based in heart, spirit and perpetual being in order to create a safer more benevolent existence for you.
What if however, you have done these things and the room doesn't feel good. Then step away for a time and perhaps ask someone to go into the room with you that you trust.
Now I have assumed at the beginning of this that the doorway is open to the room and that perhaps you've been in the room many times. What if the doorway is closed and you get an uncomfortable feeling?
Remember, I talk to you about feelings here because instinct can be your best friend. I would recommend that you do not open the door without someone being there especially if you get an extremely uncomfortable feeling. Don't shrug off these feelings.
It might have to do with discovering someone or something in a way that could create embarrassment or perhaps even danger. It could actually be a dangerous situation for you especially if there are sounds from within the room but - you know these things already.
I would recommend this in that case. Go back where you were or at least several steps back down the hall and do this. I recommend you say the following living prayer, "I am asking that this room be safe for me now in the most benevolent way for me." Try to at least whisper it out loud. You can say it out loud if you feel comfortable.
Then after that ask that the most benevolent energy be available for you above your head. Again, breathe in just a single breath and with your right arm forward, palm down and fingers separated or in the wand position if you wish. Then with your left arm pointed down - palm towards your leg after you've taken that breath, blow through your right hand and imagine the energy as gold light - blow it into that room.
Then wait about 30 seconds perhaps, maybe a minute. Then go to the door, see how it feels. If it feels better you can knock slightly if you choose or just enter, whatever you feel is best. That's what I recommend.
I'll have more to say about these things in time. I am mentioning these things because energies of past, present and other may be present in this room.
Of course the situation is completely different in a danger situation or even a conflict situation but this is presented for you in the case of residual energies from upset by people in the past or old energies left over from conflicts in the past or spirits passing through that do not realize that their energy may harm you.
That's what I recommend. Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Continuing Your Instinct Education, Part 2
Let us consider instinct further. A little homework for you now - nothing too complex.
I'd like you to go out on the land if you possibly can, out in the countryside or if you have a big back yard or a friend has one, preferably a place that's quiet and safe.
When you are there pick out a place in that yard or on that landscape - possibly a tree - lets say a tree alright. Preferably an older bigger tree but if it is a younger tree - alright - not a sapling though.
Go up to the tree. Simply say, "Goodlife" out loud - you can whisper it if you like and see how you feel physically in your body. Oh you might feel a little nervous at first, maybe even a little silly but goodlife is something that trees say - not out loud but it is a blessing that they give to each other and others.
After you say goodlife notice how you feel physically. If you feel relaxed and calm then that's the tree. If you feel uncomfortable then look for another tree until you find one where you can stand 6 or 8 or 10 feet in front of it, whatever feels best, and say goodlife and feel relaxed and comfortable.
When that happens then step back. If you are in a yard step back as far as you can get away from the tree - alright. If you are in the countryside then step back at least 20 or 25 feet from the tree.
Then walk slowly with your eyes open, glancing regularly towards the tree, paying attention to where you are walking but also making an effort to feel the bottoms of your feet when you are walking towards the tree. Notice with as complete concentration as you possibly can muster how you physically feel the closer you come to the tree.
When you are within 6, 8 or 10 feet of the tree, approximately - you don't have to measure it, then particularly pay attention to how you feel.
You can walk right up to the tree if you don't feel any different - that means the tree is going to allow you to touch it perhaps. When you get close enough to the tree to touch it reach out with your right or left hand, which ever one you wish, and move your hand slowly towards the tree all the while paying attention to how you feel in your body.
If at any point you feel uncomfortable - stop. Say, "Goodlife" and move back a ways and simply say, "Goodlife" again and that's the end of the homework.
If on the other hand you feel relaxed and comfortable then touch the tree with the back of your fingers or the back of your hand - alright - if it's safe to touch - alright - and that's all. After you touch the tree you can remove your hand and say, "Goodlife." This is instinctual training.
There will be more to come at some point. It's important to get you started on it however so that you will learn discernment. Discernment on the physical level is different than it is on the mental level because it has everything to do with your personal physical safety which may be different from person to person. It also has to do with your awareness of your own physical body.
You don't have to learn instinct but you do need to learn the signals your body gives you so that you will understand the instinct you now have.
More another time. Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Sending Safety To Where You Must Go
Have you ever been in a situation where you knew you were going to be exposed to people, places, things, even environments that were not only stressful to you but were under stress themselves or perhaps even worse and you felt like you really just couldn't take any more or the means you've been using to insulate and protect yourself have been drained from you.
Given that, I'd like to suggest you do this. If you have warning before you go there even for a couple of minutes ask that all of the benevolent energy and beings both spiritual and physical - meaning in this sense animals, plants lend you the energy you need for that moment. Then if you feel something wherever you feel that energy, as long as it is a good feeling and you can recognize a good feeling by now if you've been studying mystical man and my other blog as well as this one, then that place or those places on your body breathe very gently in through that part of your body that feels good. Most likely it will be the top of your head or the back of your neck but it might be some other place.
Then hold your right hand out with your palm facing down. You can shift the position of your legs if you like and blow gently - try to make sure if at all possible that your hand is not aiming towards any person or animal or plant - meaning tree in this case - so it's alright to blow somewhat up in the sky - and blow as you can imagine or feel through your right hand with your palm facing down towards that location where that situation awaits you.
If you can at the same time imagine or see, some of you will be able to see, a gold light come out either as a ribbon, a stream or cloud or just a sensation come out of your hand and go to that location where you must go - after you've done this for 1, maybe 2 breaths tops then say this living prayer. I recommend you say, "I am asking that this location.." (you can name the place if you wish) "..be welcoming for me now in the safest and most benevolent way and that I be insulated and protected from harm during my entire stay there in the most benevolent way for me."
Try to say that out loud or at least whisper it. That's what I recommend. This can work for all people's in all situations. It would be helpful if you are going to be benevolent there. It won't work if you're intending to cause harm to others but it may work at least to a degree if you're going to try to prevent harm to all.
Still - use it in whatever situation that presents itself and know that if it doesn't work the way you like you may have to examine either what you did there or the larger picture of the event there.
It can be a very good thing and also if you like - on other occasions where you're not sure what to expect you could say, "I am asking that I be insulated and protected from harm in the most benevolent way for me now and that I have with me in my heart and lungs the energy that I need to be safe, to be courageous and most importantly to have love, heart and hope."
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

The Student And The Teacher, Part 2
Last time I was talking to you about feelings as compared to
intelligence and I referred to days gone by in the distant past where someone would be approaching a plant.
Now - as you would have approached that plant did you simply go over and pick a bunch of leaves and gobble them down - no, of course not.
If you were fortunate you'd have amongst you a medicine woman or man and they would have understood plants better then you, having had knowledge passed on to them but if that was not the case and most times it wasn't the case in ancient times you would have approached the plant as an equal.
You would have honored the plant - saying something - perhaps sounds, sounds are always acceptable to plants if they are soothing and you would not have been hunting or stalking the plant. You might have asked the plant in some way using sounds or your own language of the time whether it could spare some of its leaves to nourish you and if you'd had a good feeling the plant would have been acknowledging that it could do that.
Then you would - by moving your hand around 3 to 4 inches, up to 6 inches away from the outer perimeter of the plant - you would have moved your hand very slowly starting in any place or a place that felt good - not pointing your finger towards the plant - just moving your hand - palm towards the plant around the plant and at some point you would have felt great warmth in your physical body.
This then would have been the area of the plant where you could pick some leaves. Then you would have pointed your finger in that area and moved around from leaf to leaf.
Now you might reasonably be asking how many leaves would it take to feel satisfied. There is another point here.
In these times, our times, one feels that one is not full if one does not have a certain quantity but in ancient times one would approach a plant like that and the plant would be telling you literally not only what part of itself was the safest for you to eat but what part of itself would have been the best part for you to eat.
You would then - moving around that area that felt the best because your physical body reacted to the physical body of the plant which would be speaking to you physically in that language and you would point and you would find 1, perhaps 2 leaves and those you would move closer to and if it had continued to feel good you would have very gently removed them from the plant - not at the same time. First one, then the other.
Then you would have thanked the plant, perhaps performing a blessing of whatever was native to your culture at that time and you would have backed slowly away from the plant thanking it for its great gift of a portion of its body to your body but you would not have eaten the leaves in the presence of the plant. This would not be considered polite.
You would have moved away and tried to get out of sight of the plant. If there was some cover you would have consumed the leaves back there or divided them up amongst your family and friends and you would have eaten them very slowly.
You would have chewed them very slowly all the while giving blessings and thanking the plant and life and perhaps a deity if you had one at that time - but it is the plant you see that is offering of itself - so that was thanked first - and while you were chewing the leaves - the energy, the strength and the vitality of the plants body would have been entering your own.
It wasn't to chew it and swallow it. You chewed it many times and you did not swallow it until you felt no more vitalization - no more - it was like a subtle vibration. You did not swallow it until that feeling went away - and when that feeling was no longer present through chewing and swallowing your own liquids in your mouth, then you would have taken on all the vitality and you would have then swallowed the leaf. You'd be surprised how very much energy was derived this way.
I will say more about this in times to come. For right now, I do not recommend that you do this unless you have that wisdom in your culture - then speak to the wisdom keepers of your culture in order to understand how you can go about this.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Another Way To Find Your Safe Passage
Today I'd like to tell you a little story about something that happened sometime ago in my life.
My friend was visiting from out of town and we were up in Flagstaff, when I was living in Arizona. I wanted to show him a different way that you could drive in to Sedona where he wanted to visit.
So, we started going down the interstate and I pulled off on a dirt road that goes through a small community but then is strictly in the country. However I hadn't gone more then - maybe fifty feet down that dirt road when I had a bad feeling.
Now how many times have I spoken to you on this site or on my other about feelings. So many times - yes? So after this many years I'm used to paying attention to those feelings.
I backed up a ways and pulled over to the side of the road and I told my friend, "Could you just wait a moment" and he said, "Yes."
I got out of the car and I put into application something I had learned which you can learn how to do as well - and this is what I did. I walked away from the car to a spot on the land - none of this was paved. I walked around that general area until I had the best physical feeling in my body and I knew that this was the point to begin.
I just stood as if I were - imagine being inside a compass - you've seen a compass before. It has often, a floating needle in order to keep it steady and secure - and also picture a clock superimposed over the compass.
As if I were pointing at 12 o'clock I moved slowly pointing my right arm forward with my hand in the wand position and my palm pointed downward.

I moved as if I was moving around a clock. Picture yourself as the minute hand on a clock - only moving counterclockwise I moved from one hour to the next very slowly and when doing that I observed in my physical body what direction I was pointing in when I had the most warmth.
I couldn't help but notice that when I pointed down the road, in the direction I was driving in the car, I felt bad. I had that bad feeling again and yet there were several other directions I pointed in where I felt warm - I had the good feeling.
So I said to my friend that I was sorry that I wouldn't be able to take him down the road in that beautiful back way to Sedona and we drove down the interstate, which was the long way around, to get to Sedona but that's one of the places where I had the good feeling.
Sometime after we arrived in Sedona I found out that there had been a incident and the police were searching from near Flagstaff to near Sedona in a wide area for someone who had escaped from prison. This person was a man of expertise in living off the land and in acquiring what was needed in the back country to survive and the chase had centered around the exact area that we would have driven through.
We, if we had pursued that drive down that country lane, would most likely have been turned around by the police roadblock about half way into the drive which would have meant about another hour to come back up to where we started and proceed from there.
So - I bring this to your attention because this is something you can do. If you ever have a feeling - perhaps you're driving and you go to turn down a road and there may be more than one way to get to the place you're going to. If you get a bad feeling, then if you have time and you feel safe - and perhaps you have a friend with you - then get out of the car and do that same thing.
Turn around slowly counterclockwise pointing your right arm out straight in front of you with your palm facing towards the ground in the wand position. Point your left arm straight down towards the ground with your left palm facing towards your body so as to be able to experience Earth energy, and notice when you are turning how your physical body feels.
If you get a bad feeling in various directions, see if you can find another way to get where you're going. Notice where you get the good feeling in your body, that might help you to find your way.
I have been talking for several installments now on Mystical Man about instinct. I'm going to change the topic pretty soon but I feel that it is important to give you these ideas and suggestions because our physical instinct is something we are born with - which means that Creator feels this is something we must have to live here on Earth.
In my experience, it doesn't take too much training to learn more or relearn something we were born with that we may have forgotten - or that we have not received instruction to learn how to use.
I hope this has been helpful and as always I wish you - goodlife.

Continuing Your Instinctual Training
Imagine a deer in the forest. The forest is dense but it is possible to move through it. There are leaves on the ground - it is towards the time of Fall. The deer is within your view - perhaps 50 yards away. It is quietly eating.
You have not moved nor are you actually physically present - you are only there in your imagination. Suddenly for no apparent reason, the deer runs away. What happened?
This is a instinctual reaction. It is my intention to help you to become safe in a world which is often not safe - how to do that. I've been building on this training for some time. Today I want to support your training by providing a little more.
Now I'd like you to imagine being that deer in the forest. It doesn't have to be any particular deer that you've seen or known or that you have been near. Just any deer you can imagine being.
Feel your legs on the ground. Feel your deer body. Notice the heightened state of alertness you have. You can eat, you can chew, you can be amongst other deer but always there is a feeling around the outside of your body of an awareness. Not exactly a prickly sensation but an awareness.
Suddenly you have the urgent need to move quickly in a specific direction - now here's where human beings and animals differ. A human being might think about it, might rationalize why but you as the deer immediately move off quickly in the direction that physically feels the best.
This is something I'd like you to try as a meditation or as a visualization because it's important to recognize the physical feelings in your body that occur when you feel the need to move off in some other direction.
I know sometimes you won't be able to do it and you'll just have to move through whatever it is that is frightening your body but if you know what the feeling is then you will be able to prepare yourself in some way or be more alert. This is the training I offer you today.
Now there's a part 2:
Suppose you cannot move away rapidly like the deer from something that feels dangerous, then I recommend you do this. First, quickly say to yourself the following Living Prayer, "I am asking to be insulated and protected from harm now in the safest and most benevolent way for me."
After you say that to yourself - try to say it out loud - you can whisper it but if you cannot say anything out loud or even whisper then think it to yourself.
After you do that then request that as much gold light and benevolent energy be with you as you can comfortably assimilate. You may feel a shift.
Some of you might feel a sense of being physically bigger. This is a good feeling because it creates an actual stimulation of a signal to others that whatever or whoever is approaching is big and/or potentially frightening. It doesn't necessarily scare people because human beings, as I say, might rationalize - well what might it be - and wait and see but it could very easily create a field effect that generates a reaction in human beings or possibly even animals and for those that pay attention to their reactions they might move off and you might be safer.
This is something that I feel is important training for you all in the world in which we live.
It cannot be used as some kind of an offensive system - meaning like a weapon because there are checks that I've managed to put into place to keep that from happening.
However it can be used to increase a safety zone around you when moving through a situation that may be dangerous or may be nerve racking in some way.
Remember this is not something you can do very easily when operating machinery, nor do I recommend it for planes in flight and so on - as some instruments might be delicate. Generally speaking it is safe to do if you are say, ten or fifteen feet away from such instruments or more but if you are operating the plane yourself then you may wish to consider some other means of generating safety.
This is what I recommend for you in your homework today. For those of you who may be interested I have also compiled a book called Techniques for Generating Safety which you can obtain at Amazon.com.
Goodlife to you all. I will say more about these things in the world of instinct as time goes on.
