Balancing For Animal World
If you would like to do more for animal world here is something you can do to help balance their existence and your own as well. It is in the form of True Magic*.

Know that as a general rule of thumb, as people say, it's important to care about that which you are performing true magic for. This way you do not have any inner conflicts or feelings in conflict in your body with that which you are attempting to do. This could not only cause you to feel uncomfortable but it would generally impact the true magic so much that it may not do any good.
This is what I recommend. Go outside if you can and as always try not to wear shoes that are insulating you** - keeping your energy, you understand, from moving into the ground. If you need to wear shoes try to wear something that is made of a natural fiber - even leather, that's fine but not plastic or rubber - not an insulating material.
Then go out on the land someplace. And remember - always to go someplace where you feel safe including your own backyard if that is a place to feel safe but if you go out in the country or someplace else always do these things someplace where you have permission - that's important - so that you can feel safe and so that those who may have some claim to the land upon which you are standing will be comfortable with your presence.

Waking Up, Your Identity And How It Is Expanding, Part 4
Last time I mentioned about the use of physical feeling and the use of touch with your toes and feet. This last portion I wish to say only the following.
Over these next 20 years everyone on Earth - every human being - will be waking up and one of the things you will have as long as you can help in that process is that you will have on the Earth still, many animals. Not just your dogs and cats and pets but you will have many animals who live on the Earth on their own - be they the tiniest who walk about on many legs or be they the winged who fly overhead or be they the gilled who swim in the sea or in the lakes.
Please try and make sure that many of them are still with you over the next 20 years because the more you begin to use your feeling body walking about with your other fingers we call toes and touching and paying attention to what you touch - how does it feel, that's why babies get such delight in that and adults are taught to do things other ways in our times - but as you use your extra fingers (your toes) and pay attention to how it feels to walk and what your foot is touching (your extra hands) so you will become more conscious of the capacity to feel and know what is being touched.
You will become more intimate with the Earth so that it is not just a place to put structures but it is something that supports you and you will become more conscious of being a portion of something larger than you. Not just as a thought or philosophy as a part of some greater organism in your mind or some greater body of belief also in your mind and perhaps your heart but as a physical being you will be surrounded with other life forms who are also being supported by the Earth and you will see them. You will carefully avoid them when you are walking so they have their world as they avoid you when you are walking.
When you put your other fingers down and touch the Earth then you will be much more conscious of being a portion of Earth. Many of you know these things but I'm putting it into the context of waking up so that you will have something you can do to move through these times in a way that will be more welcoming and more comfortable.
We are born here on Earth in the way we are born. We are not born with shoes - thank heavens eh mother - and we are born thus very sensitive. Anyone who raises a baby knows how very sensitive they are to touch and how gentle you must be with them and how excited they are to touch things when they are able and how happy they are to move about on their own as best they can when they are young and crawl and touch and taste as babies do - with parents being careful or brothers and sisters watching over them. This contact that babies make is intended for adults as well.
We can wake up remembering all our skills and abilities through touch because the constant of touch will support our mind so our mind doesn't have to be the only vehicle by which we make the connection to who we are. We can make that connection with our hands and fingers, with our toes and feet for those portions of our body on our legs - our extra hands, our extra fingers are meant to keep us in contact with the Earth so that we might remember who we are through touch as well as through thought.

Waking Up, Your Identity And How It Is Expanding, Part 3
Now last time we started walking in a different way. Some of you have walked this way before and if you have and have noticed things then you can help your friends who are trying these things out. The reason I'm suggesting to walking in that fashion is because you are waking up eh. Now after you have tried what I recommended in part 2 then I want you to try something else.
When you find yourself at home again or wherever - alright - and you have that experience where you get up and go someplace or where you suddenly walk someplace and then you forget why you went there, and you will have that experience, then go back to where you were if you can and take your shoes and socks off and sit down or stand where you were.
Socially speaking this may not work in all situations but it may work at times - and standing there barefoot where you were try to get as close to where you actually were as possible or sitting where you were barefoot see, then you may remember because you will be perhaps in that bubble of identity. And if you do not remember then get up.
Try to get up the way you did before or move somewhat the way you did before and walk that path again to the space where you noted before that you didn't remember why you had moved into that area.
So walk that route again in the way I recommended in part 2 where you put your toes down and the ball of your foot down first. Walk along like that, feeling the floor or the ground under your feet. You may be aware that is perfectly safe and you don't have to pay attention to where you're going - perhaps there's carpet there or perhaps it's ground that you walk all the time and it's safe - but this time walk it that way feeling the ground or the carpet under your feet - paying attention in that fashion.
You can look at it but it's just as important to feel it with your toes, the ball of your foot and the heel of your foot when that comes down and walk it again like that. You might remember why you got up or why you moved suddenly into that space in case you had a moment of forgetting.
This is a very good way to consciously move towards waking up because it's something you can use that is physical. During the waking up process where you are moving from your identity on Earth, who you are, your name, what you do, your activities, all of that - when you move into being who you really are in your expanded state beyond Earth as an old and wizened soul - which you may very well be - you need to have more than your mind because your mind will remember who you are on Earth but it'll only have fleeting moments of awareness of who you are beyond Earth when your mind begins to function in your Earth conscious way moving from dream world to wakeful world - you see.
So your mind needs help and help is right there in the form of your physical feeling because when you are dreaming - when you're at the deep levels of dreaming you are with your teachers, you are in your soul form because your body is resting but your body does need to rest - your soul does not need to sleep.
The soul is your immortal personality. It travels, staying tethered by a cord to your physical body so your physical body does not get frightened and can rest and sleep but your soul travels and is with your teachers and your guides and looks around the universe touching base with old friends and becomes its wizened self but it lives in a world that is so far beyond our physical Earth lives that our minds cannot cope with this and that's why we need those moments of waking up and that slight confusion that comes with - who are we.
You will be able to use now with this touching with these other fingers, with these other hands - yes with your feet - you will be able to use something beyond your mind. Yes your mind but also your physical feeling as a means to move from who you have been taught to be on Earth and you will be able to do more through feeling.

Waking Up, Your Identity And How It Is Expanding, Part 2
Now last time I spoke about waking up. This is what to do when you begin to have that phenomena I spoke about last time - alright?
First it's very important to begin to use your other hands and your other fingers. I'm sure you don't know what I'm talking about but the fingers* on your feet have the great capacity to connect you to the Earth in a moment to moment basis.
So, for everyone who can walk about safely and comfortably and even for those of you who must use canes or crutches to walk about it is of great value to walk about on the Earth barefoot. Not just because you can, as a child might run out in the grass and enjoy the feeling of the grass on their feet which is very good, but also because you can shift your sense of touch - or expand it is another way you might look at it - so that your body is very sensitive.
How to do that? Begin in a simple way. Many of you will have tender feet because you're not used to walking around on the earth or having your bare feet touch the grass or the sand or the dirt or the ground. First find a place where it's safe to do that - someplace in the shade or someplace cool so you won't get injured - preferably not on stone or concrete but if that's all there is available then make sure that it is cool. How? Reach down and touch it - alright - or ask someone else that is with you and doing this with you if you cannot bend over easily and have them check. As a last resort wash it down but I think it's better to just find it in the shade.
Then if you're walking on the ground or the sand that's where you'll be. Bring an object with you however - something with contour. Something that has form and shape and it isn't something that is breakable or something that you couldn't live without - alright? It could be anything - perhaps a plastic bottle with the cap attached - alright? Something like that. Something you can afford to lose - meaning if you forget about it and it's left there for a time it wouldn't be a problem.
You can be standing or sitting whatever you wish to do - if you're in a back yard that's fine and make sure that it's safe for you to walk around that yard first of course - scan about.
Pick up the bottle and close your eyes and move it around in your hands touching it, you see. Getting used to the sense of touch. Of course you know how to do that but this is to remind your body that this is what you're doing. You're not just thinking and moving, you're feeling and moving. There's a little difference there. Then you can open your eyes and put the bottle down on a table or what ever you have.
Then get up, you're barefoot you understand, and step out onto the lawn or onto the dirt or onto the sand or wherever you're stepping onto and touch what ever you're stepping on. Now naturally if you were walking barefoot without having done so very much you'd be very conscious of what's under you but you'd be nervous because your feet are tender. So it's alright to pay attention to what you're stepping on and you will notice a heightened sense of your physical awareness.
So move your feet in such a way as your forefoot and your toes are coming down first and then you can bring your heel down. This is just exactly the way you touched the bottle or whatever object. You picked it up and you felt it with your fingers.
So you're going to do the same thing feeling the ground with your foot fingers - or your toes eh? Reach the ground and touch with your toes and move slowly. You can pay attention to where you're putting your feet. Move around on the lawn or move around on the dirt or on the sand - wherever you're walking paying attention to putting your toes down first and the ball of your foot down first.
Your foot is actually meant to do that. It seems like it's meant to put your heel down first but that's not true. It's meant to put your toes and the ball of your foot down first. That's why you have those muscles there.
Your physical body has been built - created alright - provided to you by Creator in its form and also created by Mother Earth with her contribution to mother and father and your time of growing in mother - the form of your physical body is not an accident, not a happenstance of nature or science. It is all intended to be exactly the way it is.
So put your foot down that way and feel what you are walking on before you put your heel down - alright?

Realigning Ourselves
There is a chance now, for those of us who wish to participate, to bring about a greater balance and co-ordination of all our human skills.
We admire athletes when they achieve great accomplishments and we also admire those who have gone on in life to solve difficult problems. Equally we often admire the very young for their joy and pleasure in discovering the world but what happens to us in those in-between years when life is just a struggle?
How can we find a way to feel more comfortable in our physical bodies in our physical worlds when life just seems to be one confusion and doubt after another?
This is what I do and I recommend it to you. I have often found an old tree - one that sometimes looks kind of rugged but has been there for a long time - not a young tree but an old tree.
Often one finds these in parks and if not, if there is no such thing near you, then here's an alternative. Perhaps it might be a mountain at a distance or if you live near the water, the sea at a distance. A little over the horizon or at least at the horizon line where there are no ships might do in a pinch but I'm going to use a tree for an example today.
Look above the top of the tree, not at the tree itself. You can if you prefer look at the base of the tree, then let your gaze travel up the trunk into the branches and then the top of the tree.
Concentrate your gaze about 5 or 6 feet above the top of the tree. Some of you might see the auric field or the light body - that's alright if you see that. If you don't it's also alright. Try to make sure that the way you are looking, above the top of the tree, does not cause any buildings to be in the background or anything human created if you can possibly help it.
Then while you're looking at that place, essentially in space, above the top of the tree just breathe naturally. Breathe in and out for 3, 4 - up to 10 breathes and then relax.
Trees have a great capacity for bringing about, for themselves and with their interaction with Earth and the energies here, transformation that helps and eases our way.
For those of you who live in mountain communities - perhaps desert-like mountains where no trees are nearby, then look at the top of any mountain and just look a little above it. Again you might see a light energy radiating from it. If you do just focus there and breathe in and out the same way.
You can do the same thing with the sea at a distance if that's all that you have available in the natural world. Again, try to make sure there are no ships there and breathe in and out.
It will help you to not only feel more relaxed but it reminds your physical body of its natural state and it will also help you, possibly, to let go of the demands of whatever the people around you seem to expect of you.
Just remember, you are a natural being and you are doing the best you can to cope with your world, to cope with your life. If things are difficult do this once a day and get into the habit of it. It may be of some comfort.

A little over the horizon or at least at the horizon line where there are no ships might do in a pinch but I'm going to use a tree for an example today.
Look above the top of the tree, not at the tree itself. You can if you prefer look at the base of the tree, then let your gaze travel up the trunk into the branches and then the top of the tree.
Concentrate your gaze about 5 or 6 feet above the top of the tree. Some of you might see the auric field or the light body - that's alright if you see that. If you don't it's also alright. Try to make sure that the way you are looking, above the top of the tree, does not cause any buildings to be in the background or anything human created if you can possibly help it.
Then while you're looking at that place, essentially in space, above the top of the tree just breathe naturally. Breathe in and out for 3, 4 - up to 10 breathes and then relax.
Trees have a great capacity for bringing about, for themselves and with their interaction with Earth and the energies here, transformation that helps and eases our way.
For those of you who live in mountain communities - perhaps desert-like mountains where no trees are nearby, then look at the top of any mountain and just look a little above it. Again you might see a light energy radiating from it. If you do just focus there and breathe in and out the same way.
You can do the same thing with the sea at a distance if that's all that you have available in the natural world. Again, try to make sure there are no ships there and breathe in and out.
It will help you to not only feel more relaxed but it reminds your physical body of its natural state and it will also help you, possibly, to let go of the demands of whatever the people around you seem to expect of you.
Just remember, you are a natural being and you are doing the best you can to cope with your world, to cope with your life. If things are difficult do this once a day and get into the habit of it. It may be of some comfort.

Easing Into Greater Balance
I want to say a little more about the situation of human encroachment. There are many of us here on Earth and we all need to live places - I know that, I live near the water myself.
We must recognize that our world has held together as long as it has because of balance. Not only our own balance which we must demonstrate on a daily basis being both spiritual and mental - and then of course there are also our feelings self and our physical self as well as being inspired and instinctual yes - but because of all other forms of life here.
I know some of you are musically inclined and you know what it sounds like when there are instruments missing from a band or singers missing. It doesn't sound right. Sometimes the feeling is downright uncomfortable.
That's what's going on here now and there gets to be a point doesn't there when someone playing the triangle, beautiful though it may be, is not enough to carry the tune for the whole orchestra. We are that triangle.
We have beauty in our human culture, we have joy, we have much happiness but we also have tragedy. We have troubles and we have challenges and much more.
What helps us to continue to exist here. Yes Creator, yes spirit - no question about that. Our own resources, what we can do and invent, all of that and yet - it is ultimately balance. And that balance has to do with all other life forms including animal, mineral and vegetable. These life forms are essential to the balance of Earth.
This Earth was created not only for us and regardless what it says in books of value and philosophies that I respect - I believe and I have been taught that this Earth was created equally for us all - not for only one species.
I believe we are here to learn that not because we haven't understood it in previous lives, not because our spirits in their total being don't understand it, not because this is some kind of nursery school for people who are slow to evolve but rather because we may someday have a gift given to us and that is the gift of the great teaching.
Those of you who are teachers out there - you have had those magical moments when your students get it or even individual students get something and you see the magical expression in their face. They understand it and their whole life changes as a result.
Someday, I believe, we will be presented with that in order to be able to teach and experience the joy of the teacher working with students. In order to do that we will need to know just exactly what to do, how to do it. We will need to have patience which we are all here to learn. We will need to be able to know when to correct, know when to praise and to know when to be kind which is vitally important.
I am hopeful we will all get there and in order to get there we also have to learn how to be good students. One of the things I've been able to learn in this life is lessons from animals, lessons from plants, lessons from stone as well as the lessons I've received from spirit and of course human beings. In my experience this form of balance is so vitally important.
So - lets allow the sea beings to have their home in the water, lets allow the plant beings to have their home in the soil in the land. Lets allow the air beings to have their flights in the sky. Lets allow the earth beings to live underground and lets live in balance with them all.

Many Kinds Of Inspiration
Many of you may have wondered - what is the relationship between what I put here on the blogs and what you find in the books.
It all has to do with speaking with inspiration. Granted, what you find in the books has me speaking with inspiration at a very deep level and what you find on the blogs has me speaking with inspiration at a level that is not quite as deep but is intended to integrate my life experience as well as the teaching I've received from spirit.
It is a wonderful thing sometimes you know - life. I know we all struggle, we have pains and discomforts - I'm like that too but life can also be a wonderful teacher and I have been fortunate to have wonderful teachers that I choose to share with you in these books that you can acquire if you're so inclined.
This teaching has allowed me to integrate that which fits into my life at different times - we all do that don't we. We read something and if it feels like it fits in our life we integrate it when the time is right and other times we integrate something else. It is the flow of life isn't it and we all choose to pick the path of balance if at all possible. I want to share something with you along those lines.
I just had the most wonderful experience. I had observed rain from a cloud going into the sea and was inspired to write something for Mystical Man. Then what I experienced was a gift that followed.
The energy before, during and after my inspiration was particularly wonderful and a beautiful bird I had seen from a distance I felt might have supported that inspiration. I saw that bird before the inspired material came to me.
After that inspiration I was making a few personal notes and I happened to get a sense of motion outside the window. I looked up and there was that beautiful bird so close I could almost touch her with her huge wingspread and bright white breast - such a beautiful being. I felt a great sense of balance with her.
And she circled around close staying near for a time helping me to feel in complete balance with her and I'd like to think that because of that beautiful energy I felt that she was attracted to that - feeling in balance with it and the two of us shared our balance together.

Understanding Mother Earth: Lightning
Now a few words about lightning. It is very important to allow lightning to be.
I know I have discussed weather in its various faces and personalities here for a while and I have not mentioned lightning up to this point in time - at least not specifically. It is very important to understand the vital function lightning plays not only in allowing Mother Earth to balance her energies but in improving the quality of our lives.
When lightning strikes, and you have all seen this, it is a thing of beauty and of course is also a bit frightening.
And yet Mother Earth uses this energy she creates in her skies to discharge discomforting energies on her body - meaning on the surface of the Earth and to a degree under the surface that have accumulated there.
Sometimes the accumulation might have been for hundreds of years, other times perhaps more recently. It isn't always to do with things that human beings have done there or have done near there but many times it is and it isn't always because of a single happenstance or circumstance, many times it is an accumulation.
When you see the lightning flash only once, meaning there is no apparent double flash as you might see perhaps in slowing down a video of lightning, then Mother Earth is only discharging the land and dispersing that energy to make her body more comfortable there and also it will make that land more comfortable for us - human beings and animals for some time to come right there and in the immediate environment.
What about when you see the lightning flash twice? When you see it flash twice, what happens is the discharge takes place first but that area may be someplace special for Mother Earth. Perhaps there is strata underneath that we do not know - nothing valuable, nothing obvious but a place where Mother Earth needs to charge the soil and the rocks and the sand beneath - and so she will charge it with the double flash - that flicker we sometimes see in a lightning strike.
What occurs there not only brings her own body into balance, it not only charges that part of the land but it also builds up and sustains a current of energy that supports all life.
Have you not noticed after an electrical storm when you go outside how refreshing the air seems to be - how vital life force is in its presence. Lightning is to Mother Earth's body what breath is to our own. It is the stuff of life itself.

Supporting Ourselves And Mother Earth
Now - you'll find that in the coming months you'll feel a sense of restlessness and regardless of who you are or where you are this situation will prevail.
The restlessness is not due to anything that is in your immediate environment but rather it is something stimulated by Mother Earth herself. Mother Earth is, by her very nature, a being that is in balance all of the time.
What we perceive as her weather patterns are actually the means she uses on the surface to stay in balance. Sometimes she must have vigorous storms because what's going on on the surface someplace, maybe not the place where the storm is at all, is so out of balance she must do something in the exact spot that is going to put her into balance.
I know there has been comparisons before along the lines of chakras and meridians but that is not my job here. Rather I am here to talk about the sense of restlessness.
We are made up of Mother Earth's body. Granted - we are sparked by Creator through our souls and yet we are physically made up of Mother Earth's body and any time we have a physical feeling that won't go away and that is not caused by our environment or something that is happening within our own body exclusively, then we can be certain that this is caused by the fact that Mother Earth is feeling this.
This restlessness on her part is a need for us to be in balance. Because we have our own lifestyle and and our own means of living, she does not interfere with us beyond which she must do for herself. This restlessness is something that we must serve for ourselves.
When you have that feeling try to do something that will help you to personally feel more in balance. By that, if your life is sedentary try to do something that is more physical, that feels good to you and is as benevolent as it can be.
If, on the other hand, your life is very active all the time try to do something that is relaxing. If you have difficulty relaxing then see if you can learn some form of meditation or even something that is very rhythmic even though it is physical. Swimming for example, using the same stroke all the time at a steady pace or perhaps some form of dance.
When we do that we will feel physically more in balance and we will not have that feeling of restlessness. I feel that this feeling that Mother Earth is feeling - and therefore we are - can be treated in this way for us and that's what I recommend.

Take A Chance?
It is time now to experience life as we have known it before in its more balanced state. Our souls are restless - how many times have we heard that but why are they restless?
Do we miss that perfect world of Creator - of course we do but is it something else? Mightn't it be - perhaps. Maybe Creator has something planed for us - not in store for us but planed for us that's different.
Maybe it's time for us to begin acting as the Creator's apprentices that I believe we are here to be. In some ways one might be able to make a point if one desired, that we have been doing that. Many times doing beautiful things but also at other times spiraling down through one mistake after another to discover consequences. All Creators, I believe, must know and understand consequences.
I'm not trying to suggest that we are some kind of creator of terrible things but I believe we are, when I look at it at a distance - not necessarily as a participant though that I am but when I step back and look at it at a distance - we do seem to be students.
Students often make mistakes and then teachers, if they are kind and available, correct us. Sometimes gently, lifting us from one path of error to a path that will lead to something more balanced but what if we don't listen? What if we refuse and steadfastly stick to our path of error?
Then sometimes the teacher gives us a bit of a nudge or maybe even a gentle kick and of course it can continue from there. A student here - us all yes - we find ourselves very often getting nudged, poked and prodded. I wonder - is the teacher Creator? Is the teacher our guides or is the teacher that restless part of our souls looking for the next step for us?
Maybe as a apprentice we are allowed to take a chance and try a pathway that might be more benevolent even though it might feel like a risk. I wonder - is it just a foolish thing?
Can we sometimes respond gently to that rib or that jibe that we receive from others? Can we laugh with them? Sometimes it goes away when we do and other times it sticks. It's hard to say isn't it. So many different pathways. Do they all lead to the same place.
Maybe that place is expanding. Maybe the place is getting better and maybe in order to get to that place we're going to have to do something different.
Maybe we're going to have to try to take the risk and be more benevolent or is it that we need to take the risk - yes - take a chance and be as benevolent as possible. Maybe that's good enough, given the world situation, for now. We can always try it and see if we seem to be getting a poke or a prod from one of our teachers or our guides or - could it be Creator.
If so then perhaps we need to try something else. I feel, though it is a strain for me as well - sometimes even a struggle, being more benevolent can be a demanding teacher but what are the rewards. Perhaps there are rewards.
I know when I have experienced benevolence it has been rewarding for me and many times when I have done something benevolent and others feel good I also feel good.
Risks, rewards, chances - a world, a school, a place. We continue on eh. Perhaps it's worth the risk.

Finding Our True Friends
Easing on to a new path - do you ever feel like you're doing that.
Sometimes the road we've traveled has been hard fought, hard won and we feel like we want to hold on - grip tight in order to maintain our balance and yet there are so many opportunities now and all the opportunities have to do with expanding our road.
It doesn't mean we have to get off our path and go on to something completely different though that is available. It means that we can expand our road and that everyone all around us has the same opportunity and is often doing it.
Does this mean that our paths are likely to cross or does it mean that our paths are likely to merge since, with all of us here on Earth at this time, the chances of the pathways that we take in our lives merging simply because there are so many of us here are not only likely but guaranteed. What does this mean for us?
Does it mean that we must do everything together with others? Does it mean that we cannot have any more alone time or personal space or private space for ourselves and our activities? Sometimes it will seem like that but other times it will be what we've been asking for all this time.
Can you not remember - I'm sure you can how many times you've said - where is my real family. Where are the people that will like me and love me for being exactly who I am now. Where are the people who know me, the people that I know and the people that I will like and love for being exactly who they are. Where are my true friends and where is my true family.
It has been so very hard to find this in the past and when we have discovered one member of this group it is a joy and that's something to be treasured always.
Now it is easier because these pathways merging as they are will often merge, not always but often merge like to like so that we may find ourselves with others who we will like for being who they are and they will like us for being just who we are without any pretense at all.
It's going to be easier because where we go, what we like to do and how we like to do it will be attractive to people who like that in others and perhaps even demonstrate it on their own. So be alert. Nows the time for opportunities. Nows the time for expanding the community of your own presentation. It can happen. I wish you a most benevolent opportunity for it to happen for you and I wish you as always, a most benevolent goodlife.
